The hotel room is great. The breakfast was average as the service was not great with the staff busy in serving marriage guests. Directions to the spa also needs improvement.

The stay was nice, nothing special for the price point though. You can't charge me a bomb just because the booking is close to the date of stay and not make the stay worth the price. I sought an early check-in and while props to them for offering me the room as quickly as they could, they left the garbage bag filled with tissues used by the previous guest in the wardrobe. The towels were old to the point where they felt overused, and didn't smell fresh enough. The breakfast spread was nice, but not the freshest. The croissants and pain au chocolats felt too mid, almost like they were made in a factory, not a bakery. Further, there are some things that I really can't stand, and an Americano worth 400+ INR when the whole breakfast buffet costs only a 1000 including taxes is one of them. Tiny things, mighty impact.

Based on my experience it was not as good as other luxury stays. Most services have to be asked for availing and unavailability was never informed. We requested smoking room, a few other requests while booking, no one reached us to confirm or even deny, we got to know nothing is fulfilled after we reached the hotel. It let us down in terms of hospitality, as compared to other stays.

Everything was good, well maintained loved the stay. Service was awesome. Food was good, .overall good

food was good...thats all. initially room wasnt ready on time...when entred the room..it was smelly, carpet and sitting area was stained...therr was a dead cockroach in the bath tub. hard to belive wast it for real...yes..i think vivanta has shorten its budget on cleaning and higene. well clearly i will nevr recommend this vivanta dwrka hotel to anyone.

The stay was well experienced , and the staff was really friendly seriously they really talk to you well humbly i would suggest if ur budget is good then please visit this one too

We were highly impressed with the level of hospitality in these aspects. ​However, I must register a strong and formal complaint regarding the quality of the vegetarian cuisine. As a strict vegetarian, the dining experience was severely below the standard expected of a hotel of Vivanta's reputation and pricing, and frankly, ruined our overall stay. We genuinely suffered due to the consistently poor quality of the vegetarian offerings. ​The food was often unappetizing, bland, and poorly prepared, failing to meet basic culinary standards. ​I urge the Food & Beverage department to conduct an immediate and thorough review of the vegetarian menu, kitchen preparation, and quality control. Given the market, the current offering is unacceptable and limits your appeal to a large segment of travelers. ​I expect an acknowledgment of this formal complaint and a clear outline of the corrective actions that will be taken to ensure future vegetarian guests do not face this level of disappointment. ​Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter. ​

Stay was comfortable, rooms are very spacious and food was very delicious, front staff and all staff very friendly and attentive Swimming pool area also very comfortable for kids very good property to stay

Stayed for one day with parents.The staff was exceptional at the front desk(Mr.Sahil) as well as the room service and restaurant.The hotel has the much talked about TATA hospitality ingrained into its staff.
