Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka

Excellent business trip stay for two days. Hotel location in dwarka which is directly connected with airport metro line. Got down from airplane walked out of airport and took metro to sector 21, thereafter 200mts walk or transport avl. Similarly on way back had a morning flt so took metro back to airport. Travel time 20 mins room to airport. The Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka rooms are spacious, neat and clean and staff courteous as expected from taj properties. Breakfast was elaborate. A few draw backs only one lift was working while other remained under maintenance without any work happening on it for two days i stayed. Then the Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka could do well by providing internal drop to metro station which is hardly 200 mts and its usp for stay as very well connected from airport

Room quality: the room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the modern decor added a cozy touch. The view from the room was stunning, especially during the early mornings. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times. Service: the staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to help. Check-in was smooth, and room service was prompt. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout my stay. Amenities: the Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka has fantastic amenities, including a well-maintained gym, a relaxing spa, and a pool with a nice view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options, from continental to local dishes.

This Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka is one of the best in our experience. We stayed last week in one of the 5 star Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarkas in aerocity delhi. But service in that Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka was not great. Vivanta is an excellent Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka and staff members are very polite and helpful. The stay was good and the service was excellent. Breakfast was good quality and there was an abundant variety of cuisines available. The Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka was very clean and the rooms were also clean. The bathroom had good water pressure and all the lenins and towels were reusable so good effort by the Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka to be ecofriendly. Room service was very quick and the food was good. I had a great time at taj vivanta dwarka delhi. The room view was just perfect for me overlooking the runway where my daughter was watching planes landing and taking off. The all day dining restaurant creo was great and service was also top notch. Especially calling out for gaurav at creo he was so supportive and served very well. Thank you for the amazing hospitality as always.

Location was a bit in isolation but the ambience and the services provided were up to the mark. Nice stay overall

Actually i checked in late at evening. Still the room was not prepared. N they said it will take time. And the floor was smellimg so bad. Other than that the stay was good

Everything was perfect from check in process to get service to food to check out. Would recommend everyone to stay here and also the room was amazingly setup and comfortable

Location was good but not happy with make my trip pricing for a valuable customer, i could get the same booking for a cheaper price from one of a private booking person who is legit because my people have known him and he is legit, so at-least don't charge commission from regular customer

Vivanta dwarka is a nice property in dwarka. One of the very few good ones there. The rooms are new, well maintained. The hospitality is impeccable, be it the front desk or the restaurant.
