Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR

Property is nice. Parts of it needs refurbishing but overall it’s good. It’s not one of the best Taj’s but wasn’t definitely the worst as well :) Food was delicious; In room dining and Breakfast spread both. The customer service wasn’t that great and I felt that could be improved. Specific case in point was request for early check in. I wanted to check in an hour earlier and since doesn’t give options for time like 12 PM or later, I choose 11 AM and with a special request for a cake and room decor for my son. What I received was a long list of early check in timings and prices with rates for cake and decor packages. That put me off initially and had cancelled the booking but as Taj Palace wasn’t available I rebooked this. So a scope of improvement there

Location of the Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR is good , food tastes good, had a good ambience, everything was in place in the room , all the amenities were available , staff was also very polite and helping, had good time there and it’s worth visiting again.

I had one of the best time their with my spouse at Taj Surajkund. The service food environment rooms were all top notch. They maintained the rooms supremely clean, loved the Sauna and Steam room after the swim..overall 10/10 experience.

The stay was great overall, the food was above par but the rooms needed a bit of renovation as the bathroom tub was leaking and the internet connection lacked speed and connectivity. Great hospitality and a calm environment.

It was a wonderful stay. We were there for our anniversary and they did make it special for us. The staff was nice. We enjoyed the pottery making part of our stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Many activities for kids. Very friendly staff and helpful. Staff at the women swimming pool were excellent. Overall an excellent experience

Very very impressed by the excellent and warm hospitality of every one from reception to room service /spa/pool and restaurant. Had a really nice and good stay.

Nice and quiet place. Staff is very polite and humble. The property is good but not grand. We were there for a day only. All in all an average stay.
