Vivanta Surajkund, NCR

We recently enjoyed a fantastic family getaway at the Vivanta Surajkund NCR, staying from June 13th! Having two young kids in tow, we were looking for a relaxing and entertaining escape, and Vivanta Surajkund definitely delivered. Highlights for the Adults: Spacious and Comfortable Room: Our room was well-appointed and offered ample space for the whole family. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for our needs. Serene Poolside Relaxation: We enjoyed some much-needed downtime by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying refreshing drinks. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers for everyone. Delicious Culinary Delights: The breakfast buffet at Oasis was a feast for the senses! There was a vast selection of Indian and international dishes to satisfy everyone's palate. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at [Restaurant Name], where the food and service were exceptional. We would rate our stay at Vivanta Surajkund a 5 out of 5!

Everything was good and it was my second stay at the same property. Property is very nicely located and i enjoyed my stay here but when i compare my stay with 1st time i stayed here then i can figure out that property was much with open space earlier and it has covered more and there is hardly any open area left. Rest, when we talk about food then i must say that there is a lot of scope for improvement in dinner buffet. Dinner buffet could be a lot lot better with much more options in it including some live tawa and live pizza counters options. I am comparing dinner buffet with taj, gurgaon. They really added to our delight once we visited them in april. Amenities and services are good enough but the pool could be much more better and there should be at-least costume discipline. People without swimming costume should not be allowed.

Me n my family, along with our pet had a wonderful short staycation. the staff was prompt and helpful. the Vivanta Surajkund, NCR provided a baby cot and pet bed on request. the sunday brunch was very very good. it was a huge spread. my kids enjoyed the play area, though i would request the Vivanta Surajkund, NCR to also have some outdoor activities and games arranged as well. pottery was fun😊 we all enjoyed a dip in the pool as well though the only drawback at the pool area was a lack of staff and monkeys coming near d pool n drinking water from there. there should be some kind of net or barricade for stop the monkeys from coming as its very dangerous, especially for infants and children. overall a very comfortable and good stay.

The Vivanta Surajkund, NCR is undergoing renovations, because of which the lobby and reception areas have been relocated. The place offers a 5 ft deep swimming pool, all rooms have bathtub and there's activity space for kids, pottery work, table tennis, badminton, snooker, etc. Vivanta is equipped with spa, gym, easy bar, paranda dinner restaurant (north indian cuisine, pattiserie, and oasis all day restaurant. The staff is cordial, early check-in is allowed dependent upon availability of rooms, the place is neat and secure but sometimes it gets noisy due to stay of families with kids. A stay here is highly recommended if distance is not an issue. Reaching by metro is a task. Cab or pvt vehicle is recommended.

Had an excellent outing at vivanta surajkund. The property lived upto all our expectations. The check in was smooth handled by charul who was very welcoming, from reaching the property and being in our room it took us barely 10 minutes. There were a few activities lined up for kids like dessert making, pottery and a dedicated kids room. There was also a tt table and pool table. Swimming pool was also a good experience. We had dinner and breakfast in our package and both the buffets had a wonderfully scrumptious spread. Housekeeping staff was also very supportive and sanjay specially gave us bubble bath mix for our little one to enjoy the tub experience. Bottled water is available without any limitations.

It was a memorable experience to stay at taj vivanta surajkund. We have booked a normal room with a bathtub, however, we have been given a suite kind of room with a big three seater and one seater sofa along-with two seater dining table. Though the bathtub was not in the washroom but despite this, the room was very nice, spacious, clean and well decorated. The swimming pool was also very beautiful with a well decorated, clean and spacious changing and shower room. The Vivanta Surajkund, NCR also provided a bath robe and towel for the use of the swimming pool. Breakfast was also memorable with large varieties of eatables.

We had taken a 2 day staycation at vivanta surajkund. The property is very well managed as well as maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. Food at there restaurant paranda was delicious and same goes for the breakfast served at oasis. There was lot of variety in the breakfast and everything tasted good. The only suggestion would be to add more toys in the children's play area to keep them more engaged as the play area and children activity is the main usp. Of this property.

Staff and service: overall the staff and service were top notch. Especially, mr harvinder at the entrance gate. Food: the quality of things in buffet spread was very nice. Dinner should have more items but the breakfast was splendid. Rooms : this the place where they can do a lot of improvement. Rooms did not feel like a 5 star property room. The deluxe rooms condition was not good, rusty faucets, stained toilet seats, scraped wooden floors and overall average interior looks.

Decent room with all basic amenities provided. Since i stayed in 9th floor there was some strange noise coming from roof may be ac compressor for every 10 sec which was disturbing. Food - breakfast buffet spread is decent and for dinner the spread is very less.
