I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Vivanta in Trivandrum, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff made me feel truly welcomed. The Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram boasts a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional charm, creating an ambiance that is both elegant and comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in housekeeping ensured a clean and refreshing stay. The pool and fitness center were excellent, adding to the overall luxury experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional food. The Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram’s restaurants serve a variety of cuisines, each dish prepared with remarkable taste and presentation. The breakfast buffet had an impressive spread of continental and South Indian delicacies, all fresh and flavorful. The chefs, Amar and his team truly excel at crafting authentic Kerala dishes, making dining here a memorable experience.

Was rather disappointing because my expectation of TAJ hospitality was high. I had requested an early check which was granted, but on arriving at reception at the confirmed time, I had to wait an hour to get the room. That’s not professional. The room food order came so late was not the main point, at the time of order they said 15-20 minutes and after 39 minutes why I called (they didn’t call to inform the delay ) they said another 20 minutes, and again and again. I have to admit the food is excellent and the morning buffet has a very extensive spread, all made to perfection. Location and rooms are very TAJ standards.

The ambiance was good. Room are very good. Amenities are class of best. Location is very much convenient. Food varieties are good combining all cuisines. Staffs are cordial. Rooms and restrooms are clean and neatly maintained. They even provided the packed food for breakfast as we did early checkout to catch our flight

Excellent Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram, good rooms and facilities. HK staff very courteous and prompt in response. The Mynt was superb. Superb service by staff especially Mohan ( Coffee maker) and Chef Singh who was taking care of guests needs personally! Overall superb experience!

The Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram was very nice. It was as a great hospitality. The best part about the place was swimming pool. It has infinity pool on the top floor. The food was very nice with huge spread of breakfast..must recommended when in Thiruvananthapuram

Great location, rooms and food. A perfect way to spend time with family. On top of all this you get the Taj hospitality in which all the staff are trying to give you the best experience.
