The stay went great. Great hospitality and the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. The chef even came by to ask us if we liked our customised meal. However i feel the swimming pool has to be open upto 10 pm from the current 7 pm for a 5 star Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram. Do not use plastic mineral water bottles. We have come a long way i can’t believe you still use plastic bottles. A lot of Vivanta Thiruvananthapurams abroad use glass reusable sealed bottles. We could learn from this. They also have a mini bar in the room with nothing healthy. They first gave me a room that had another door to another room which had guests. Of course it was locked but i heard everything the folks in the other room spoke and the door rattled and made noise every time they opened and closed their main door. We first freaked out when we heard the rattling only to later realise what was happening. This could be avoided. I had to call the receptionist to ask for a room change which was done swiftly. Thanks to the receptionist. The Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram needs stop using refined white sugar for desserts and maida for bread and pizza. They can bake 100% whole wheat breads and pizza base in house. Have a healthier menu for the buffet

We (myself and my wife) stayed in vivanta thiruvananthapuram for two nights to celebrate our marriage anniversary. The property is located in a nice quiet place. The front desk staff were very good, polite and efficient. Our check in was quick. The Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram rooms were spacious, neat, and good. May be the bed could have been better. I started having back pain. Dining - we had a taken a package inclusive of one break fast and one meal. Breakfast spread was good. They were efficient in attending to customers and meeting there needs. I would like to single our ms. Puja who had pleasant way of attending to customers and keep a track of there needs. She made our day special with a cake sent to our room for a quiet celebration. It was a quite a good gesture and my wife was truly surprised. The dinner buffet was also quite good. Overall we had a great time, something to remember as we go ahead. Thanks to the team and ms. Pooja in particular.

Given that it's a vivanta property expectation are high and the property, location as well as behavior of staff does not disappoint. Staff at reception desk are specially helpful always patiently answering queries and supporting. There is only one restaurant at ground floor that serves all meals plus also a cafe at the reception. The lunch and dinner was fine. But at breakfast on a day with full occupancy it is quite a chaos. Most items in buffet were over with almost an hour to go for breakfast closing and no one was focusing on refilling them. The live counter food was fine but service lacked, took lot of time, things were forgotten and in spite of highlighting some items in buffet were never refilled. It is disappointing coming from such a brand

Stayed there for three nights and two days, the Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram is situated right in the centre of power corridor. Location is very good. Quality of food is good but may increase the options for buffet. Miss. Pooja at the restaurant deserves a special mention as she is so dedicated to treating her guests in best possible way by understanding their requirements. There is a gym and infinity pool at top floor. Bathroom and room maintained well neat and tidy. The side table in the room has a heavy marble top and the bottom is small and unstable. My kid luckily escaped unhurt when it fell down when she was playing around it. So be wary of it if kids are around. The balcony space is good. Overall nice experience.

Our stay in trivandrum is made very comfortable by the hospitality of taj vivanta staff that we felt we are at our house. Staff in the Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram are so understanding that they provided the best possible room for us. My wife is handicapped by paralysis and the bathroom given to us, is properly suited for her requirements. We stayed in so many Vivanta Thiruvananthapurams in last one year and my wife never felt so comfortable any where else. We thank taj vivanta people for their whole heart-ed services provided during our stay in trivandrum.

Hi, i have stayed in vivanta thiruvananthapuram last month, and the through out my stay i enjoyed amazing hospitality from the Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram group. The staffs from receptionist to room service were extremely professional and always helped me with last minute requests. Hospitality was amazing, rooms were clean and washrooms were hygienic and maintained with timely and effective room service. I could enjoy authentic cuisines for breakfast and it was wholesome. We stayed two nights booked five rooms for 10 adults and four children. The rooms were spacious and great. The bathroom and amenities were adequate for a family. The complement breakfast was delicious. I must mention the staff were amazing and very polite. The front office team did a wonderful welcome and welcome drink was an added.

Staff very prompt and courteous some plumbing work was ongoing on first day of stay, muddy water in pipes for sometime, later it was resolved

The breakfast spread was very good. Room and bathroom were clean. Only issue is that the breakfast area is a little bit cramped, number of tables is less.

Reception at vivanta are warm and welcoming. They didn’t even allowed me to wait for more than 2 minutes to allocate the room. Services by the staffs are fast and with welcoming behaviours. All over the stay at vivanta thiruvananthapuram was superb. Thank you

Rooms ambience is awesome and especially the cleanliness of the room. All facilities they are providing in the room. Staff service is also very good and very helpful. Overall a very good experience.

We stayed here for two nights. Location of the property is really good within the city. Close for visitors to padmanabhswami temple as well as airport. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was also good. Would move to stay there whenever in trivandrum next time
