The rooms were clean and staffs are well mannered. My only suggestion is that Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram food can get better. Hygiene is maintained but taste needs improvement. The Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram facilities are very good and also they serve good food. Also the place is very near to medanta hospital. I have stayed in this Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram for 4 days in the month of december, also for around 4 days in the month of september. But the only complaint i have is about a staff, who is rude to the extreme, and tests your patience. He is usually present in the Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram lobby from evening till next day morning and takes the breakfast order. He is the only negative thing about this Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram.

Checkin process took a little time this time. Room was clean but sheets had a little smell. They need to remove the no outside food policy. Quality of food provided by Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram is not good and so is quantity. I had ordered chicken biryani and it didnt taste good at all. The chicken was bland and uncooked. Also ordered peri peri fries which were below average. The Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram wifi was not working for some time. And you should remove tv's from room if they can't work and you can't recharge the subscription.

Last 3 days, we checked into this place, vivid boutique Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram at sector 38, gurgaon. It turned out to be complete surprise package. With the price they offer, the Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram is really very good. Spacious ventilated rooms and bathrooms, which are well maintained, neat and clean with a large balcony. Food is also fresh, simple and light to stomach. They have nice, cordial, well behaved and polite staffs. A special mention for mr. Sumit at the reception desk and also vijendra. Highly impressed !

Vivid Hotel is a wonderful place to stay, I strongly believe VIVID Hotel is far more and in fact better than some 5 star Hotels. Its a humble experience of Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram staff and people who receive upon arriving and make check out simple, make the experience awesome, just big names won't do everything. Definitely will visit again

I had called the Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram a day before to ask for early check-in and requested them to provide a clean room. Still the room they provided had a issue. Toilet seat had all over it what seemed like cigarette ash. There was exhaust fan above toilet seat. It could be dirt falling from exchaust fan. It seemed Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram staff didn't take this issue seriously. My advice would be maintain cleanliness and customer service constantly.

Location sent by Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram staff on my request. Hotel was good, room and washroom was clean. In washroom there was no bucket or hand shower so it was not comfortable to bath. Intercom was also not working, tv was also not working no channel telecast was there. This is not a complaint overall Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram was good but they should take care of it. Not bad for stay.

Excellent to stay there, good staff and clean and hygienic rooms. All members are in Vivid Boutique Hotel, Medanta, Gurugram is good nice person very near about medanta hospital. Only little bit improvement in food because as you know that you are near about hospital then who is staying here they want to eat very light food. Over all everything is superb

Stay was good, rooms were neat and clean but one thing that needs attention is that the room door do not have inner locking apart from key lock which puts safety of the guest at risk as anyone with duplicate key can open the room without customer's consent. Rest room service was fine. No thanx

The food, service and hospitality was amazing. No disturbance from the staff side and they were very friendly. All in all a great stay

The rooms are spacious, staff are of good behavior. Cab is easily available. Hostel location is great, just few meters away a park and small market related to food and other household item is easily accessible.
