Vividus

The stay in the Vividus was really good except the staff. The rooms and amenities were the same as shown in mm t while booking. The restaurant food was also good. But if you want to order something to the room you have to order before 3 hours. If you want to have lunch at 1. Pm you have to order the food at the time of breakfast and have to follow up many time to get it late. Nb : late. I asked for water in the reception and they did not give me water. I had to go and get the water. In the restaurant, its boofay system and waiters were also there. I asked for 1 glass of water i had to wait for 30 min to get it. Had a bad experience with the waiter. The manger are roaming and checking is everything fine with the customer. Id k why he is not checking with them.

Room was pretty good, spacious and with beautiful interiors. Bathroom had all amenities like toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shave gel, razer, comb, moisturizer) hair dryer, handwash, shampoo, bodywash and conditioner. Only issue was our wifi didn't connect. We didn't even ask them to resolve though so mostly it would have worked. Food we had lunch and breakfast. I felt lunch didn't had much variety in curries. We personally didn't like the starters though they had like 4-5 options. Dessert part was my favourite. They had like 8-9 options and all tasted good. Breakfast was better than lunch i would say. It had more variety in both north indian and south indian food choice. Again i liked desserts the most due to more varieties and taste.

We were family of 10 members. Had booked 3 superior rooms with all 3 meals through makemytrip. Com. The property was excellent, rooms were clean and modern. Location is also good. Buffet spread of breakfast was excellent with wide varieties. Chef kunal was very nice and taken care of our request of extra starters for lunch buffet. Food was very tasty. Only we had problem with our neighbour guests who were playing music loud in the night and knocking at our door in the middle of the night. Parking space is also limited.

I have stayed this Vividus for 1 day. The dinner and breakfast was awesome however, in some instant they need to follow their commitment. I have booked deluxe room with non smoking zone however, the room which is allocated to me which is already smoked by someone. I have inform to reception about the same but they have not come to room about this issue. I also have taken deluxe room but they have randomly allocated one executive room and one deluxe room to me which is not correct one.

Excellent location near to the station and view of the race course. Good clean and quick service. The toiletries were good. Only thing which needs an improvement is the breakfast which has a good spread but everything i was cold and the idly & dosa which is the most staple food in karnataka was not up to the mark at all. The Vividus next to it janardhana serves fantastic idly & dosa are the best. This need to be improved. Value for money. Overall experience very good.

The overall experience was quite good, service was a bit slow, we ordered coffee in the evening but received it after 45 mins, the tv remote wasn’t working and 2 technicians took more than 30 mins in our room attempting to fix it, but it still didn’t work. The breakfast was quite good, no complains on the food. The gym was good, but the swimming pools water could be cleaner, the staff overall was polite but can work on the turn around time when it comes to service.

One of the best place you will find in bangalore to stay with your family or friends. Well trained mannered staffs and you will have such a nice experience which you can cherish always. Stayed for 3 days with my family. About 10 km away from town which will give you a nice riding experience and an exotic ambience. Over all great experience. Thise who are visiting munnar, must stay for once

Hotel vivid-us was comfortable and clean. The staff members were supportive and the location of this Vividus is in the heart of bangalore. But my only confusion was about the laundry service, as i was staying in a superior room and in the Vividus service it was mentioned about the laundry service but not clearly whether it was free or chargeable. Otherwise, it was a nice experience. Thanks

Importance for corner cleaning of n door handles to be done. Bathroom top shower n safety locker at room no 303 malfunctioning. Staffs were good n courteous. Dinner buffet taste was not good of all the items except deserts. Breakfast buffet was good. Otherwise stay was comfortable.

They were gracious enough to let me checkin early. However the rooms were to small and the cable tv wasn't working. Otherwise everything else was good.

Had very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good just that it was too much crowded due to some corporate meeting. Rooms were compact but still it was really good.

Rooms are very small for the price we paid for. Some bigger rooms are there and they are somehow giving corners rooms with low room space for make-my trip travellers. The management should treat all guests at par

I & wife stayed in vivid-us bangalore from 1st october & checked out on the 4th october, on the 1st october night my son who is studying b tech computer science at yelahanka stayed with us, the Vividus staff was accommodating & shifted us to a larger room with a temporary bed. The food quality was excellent & ambience good for a pleasant stay.

food is just ok, pool n steam bath ok. It's come under 3 star category.

Best location to stay and the rooms are so good with the view... Me n kids loved it.. The food also is amazing with a good variety.... Worth staying.... ☺️

Vivid-us provided awesome buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vivid-us should change the toilet health faucet. They are too hard to use. And spills water all over your body. When switch pressed.

Location, food, amenities everything thing was really good. I enjoyed my stay just they should clean there pool it was not cleaned and they had put there ac on maintenance for the whole day which was not at all acceptable.

It was a nice Vividus with excellent food quality both for dinner and breakfast. Great location as every attraction is nearby. Based at almost center of the city so one can move anywhere easily as the bangalore traffic is very hectic.
