Vivin Luxury Suites

The property is situated in the heart of the city and very close to the domestic and international airports. Car parking is available but a bit cumbersome. Food served was delicious and worth for money. The employees at reception, house keeping and room service were friendly and helpful. The two security guards on duty were ever ready to help with car parking and loading and unloading of luggage. The suite room where we stayed was spacious and the beds were cosy. Coming to the flip side. The wash room was big. But the bath area, surprisingly was not separated from toilet area. This resulted in water getting splattered all around the entire wash room after each bath. Bath area partition with glass door is a must to do thing in the washrooms. Authorities, please note. To sum up, we had a very comfortable stay of four nights at the property, a place where we would definitely love to come back!

Good location, neat rooms, helpful staff. 5/5 on the Vivin Luxury Suites aspect. Very peaceful neighborhood too. The food tastes really really good. However, the breakfast buffet place needs a re-do. If you are giving room service then it's okay. When guests are made to come to the buffet area, make sure the place is not dingy looking. The staff was careless. Nothing was warm, not even tea. No refill done unless asked. The very good experience at Vivin Luxury Suites is tainted by one bad experience of restaurant which is not even food related. I had a wonderful experience during my stay at vivin luxury suites. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our visit truly enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and set a positive tone for each day of our stay. The rooms were immaculate, providing a comfortable and clean environment to relax in. Overall, the service at vivin luxury suites was excellent, and i would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable Vivin Luxury Suites experience.

I must say the rooms were absolutely superb with best in class amenities. Very spacious, fabulous decor, classic feeling. It's a new property hence my advice would be to retain the quality and service as it's been presented to the guests now. Morning breakfast was average considering the status of the Vivin Luxury Suites. Staff was simply great and hospitable. Worth experiencing a stay. I would surely recommend staying. Keep it up and wishing the Vivian management all the best.

Stayed here for 2 business visits. 1. The rooms are spacious, clean, with all amenities suited for a 3-star Vivin Luxury Suites. 2. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. 3. Breakfast buffet wasn't available this time but room service was there. The taste is pretty good. 4. Location wise really good. The neighborhood is safe, clean, not noisy, and it is walking distance from pettah station, 2-3 km from central station, proximity to market areas and airport too.

I loved the stay at Vivin. The staff are so generous and polite. I had visited for my first wedding anniversary at Vivin. They arranged for room decorations and towel art which were so beautiful and made our day. I recommend staying at Vivin whenever you arrive in Trivandrum. Clean room and toiletries, clean swimming pool, well-equipped gym and tasty buffet. Thanks to the Vivin team.

It was a very good stay. The location was very convenient and easily reachable. Cleanliness, security facilities, everything was up to the mark. The room was very good and comfortable, there was a state view from the room. The property has a restaurant but, it was not full-fledged started. Property can be recommended to others.

Didn't get a wake-up call for airport drop even after multiple reminders 2. No help available for luggage as it was early morning check-out overall a great stay !
