Volga Hotel

I stayed in Pahalgam for 3 nights with my parents in Hotel Volga. The location is central in the Main Pahalgam Market opposite Dana Pani Veg Restaurant. They have a beautiful property with a green garden surrounded by mountains. They have lovely cottages that are quite spacious for 3 people. I visited during peak winters when the temperature was below -10°c. However the interiors were quite warm with IFB heaters supported by stabilizers. Only thing to note is that when the power cuts off the heaters don't work. (did not happen frequently though). All the staff are extremely courteous with always ready to support attitude. They have good geysers with hot water coming most of the time. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this Volga Hotel due to its central location, good heating and geysers and courteous staff.

Consider this as an upper mid budget Volga Hotel. The location is good (at pahalgam market, but separated by their own boundary. They have several stay options, room & cottage. They have a nice lawn, well maintained park inside their premises. As for rooms, we stayed at the b8 room on the first floor. They provide hot water from 8pm till 10am. Room has multiple blankets, a sofa, a storage unit, nice & clean washrom and a very big wide window facing the lawn. The only downside in my eyes is that there is no lock from inside, even if you lock the door with key, anyone with a duplicate key can open the door from outside anytime. Altogether, worth the price, nice rooms, helpful stuff and an well maintained Volga Hotel premises.

Location of the Volga Hotel is excellent Staff is caring and carcourteous service is excellent Room heating is very good even when the outside temperature was 2 degree However there was not a single almirah, cupboard which makes the stay little uncomfortable overall stay was good

The Volga Hotel is pretty good. It is also situated at a good place, very convenient access to the market and local sightseeing. Food is amazing, not too expensive for the portion size that they provide. Staff is also very cooperative and rooms are well maintained

Nice place at the center of tourist attractions. Nice rooms and decent food. The only concern I have is they don't give food in restaurant unless you opt for the buffet included in the booking, which is bad and wrong.

This one's a good stay if you are looking for something close to the market, good food and good ambience, view from the Volga Hotel is picture perfect.

Our stay at Volga was comfortable and the food service provided was excellent. The room was kept hygienic and the room heater made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Keep up the good work !!

The Volga Hotel is at the heart of the market with picturesque view all around. The staffs are cooperative in nature.

Hotel has a beautiful view and good rooms provided with bed heater . Food was good but they are limited buffet services so that’s a downside for me because it was a bit expensive . Overall it was a good experience.

Location, staff great. Food at restaurant not that great. The upkeep of garden is amazing, located right on the main road with lidder flowing across the road. Gurdwara and mandir at walking distance.

The rooms were good and clean. The Volga Hotel view was great. Location is Near the market. Staff is polite and helpful ful

A short stay of 2 nights was very good. Located in the middle of pahalgam that’s main market and all stores and market in walking distance. All eateries and bakeries were just a min walk from the property
