The stay was decent but food was not that great. We ordered starters and it didn't taste good so we skipped ordering the dinner. Also wifi was not working when we stayed.

Had a pleasant stay! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food was quite good too. A great place for group stays — comfortable and enjoyable overall.

My stay was average overall. While the rooms were well-maintained and good in quality, they felt quite congested and didn’t match the pictures provided during booking. This was a bit disappointing as the space was not as expected. On a positive note, the service was commendable, with the staff being polite and prompt in addressing any requests. If you're looking for basic accommodation with good service and don’t mind compact rooms, this hotel might work for you.

I had booked 3 rooms for a family of 7. Receptionist was a sweet man, he provided us a free upgrade. We had a comfortable stay in 3BHK apartment.

It is for make my trip. The hotel which was book was sold out. They don't have a room for me. So i have left that and book another hotel. I want refund for the amount which was paid

Everything was nice. Satisfied and would be willing to come again.

Nothing matches to the photographs on site. Lack of training and professionalism in the staff. The place lacks security and staff availability at night.

It was a short stay, rooms are cosy, big however basic amenities like clean towels, pillow covers, no complimentary water.

They are unprofessional , while my booking for three people they do not provide any extra bed.

Ummm OK here it is ; (1) They need to be trained in HOSPITALITY. (2) Reception always empty, luggage boys, cooks are the king's here (3) Food average (3) 3-4 Assamese guys working very genuine but untrained, if trained they'll do wonders. (4) Pillows in small size. (5) No water at 6 am, weird, how to attend natures call :(, night there was water till 11pm. (6) Worst worst thing @ this is NO INTERCOM in room - you have to come out in common corridor ( like chawl system

The location is accecible easily. The basic facilities are good with few glitches as you need hot water during cold weather to Bath and they have solar heated water connected to room electric gyser, on request when not enough solar heated water, they will turn on the gyser in room. Food was on okay. The staff was supportive and decent. They should provide more pillows and cotton sheets to cover blankets as it becomes uncomfortable to use blankets directly. Worst experience ever !!! Zero rating for everything. It is mention as couple friendly hotel but they do not entertain couples. Moreover they are liars told us to refer their terms and condition and all the ****. Location of DS group is also far away from Nasik station so travelling is not at all convenient. Dear MMT Team, Its my humble request to blacklist DS group from MMT as this apartment does not serve the purpose of assured stay. Worst

Room was excellent, location OK, staff OK, only demerits is bed and shampoo and soap and no room service during night time as there is no one will be in reception. Away from station and bit inside But staff are co-operative to reach.

Absolute nice for family and the location is too good. Food and staff are bery good and cooperative. My first experience with the service apartment and its a very ice experience. Appreciate the help of service desk girl. She is nice and polite.
