excellent stay at Voyage dream villa, we received very warm welcome from the Hotel Team. we book the rooms with all MAPAI along with Hi Tea, all the room service, food quality, rooms staff behavioir, everything was great.. Thanks Mr. Raj for making our stay memorable..

Minimum facilities like bed, bedsheets are not good at all. The room smells very odd. Couldn't sleep properly.

Rooms were smelling. Very bad service at breakfast and delayed. Staff were not good. Towels were not cleaned.

Room stay was comfortable. However the restaurant needs lots of improvement. Food was of average quality. The sitting arrangements and space is too less for the group of people. Breakfast menu was less than average.

Good Location, Clean rooms, nice views of mountains from the property. Though the hotel does not have a lift it has it restaurant on LGF.

Poor service no electricity no hair dryer food quality is bad

The stay was pleasant and property is easy to locate as it’s on main road, Google Map Location is also updated. A day prior to our check in they called to confirm our stay and to provide us other necessary information which was a sweet gesture in itself. Amenities were worth the money and services, specially Staff were extremely cordial and accommodating. However I found food options were somewhat limited (for example chicken sandwiches were not available for breakfast, Momo or Falafel were on the menu but weren’t available for either of the 3 days), which can be improved upon. Overall, it was a good stay and would definitely visit again!

Hotel is located in lower pelling and the view is excellent but from only selective rooms though. Rooms are good and well appointed. Washrooms need a little upkeep of fittings. The restaurant is decent but highly understaffed. Peak dining hours has serious lack of planning. Our room booking has welcome drinks(not served sighting late checkin timings. High tea was complementary but the whole management was not as hospitable as they should be in terms of serving high team. Had to ask multiple times to multiple people. Ther were not snacks or anything served in high tea. Only tea was served. Parking is present for two and four wheelers. Room service was good and they use glass water bottles with ro water which is a good initiative.

The hotel has a lovely location with majestic views ko mt kanchenjunga from premium rooms, also the food is very good. And staff has been helpful all the time. Rooms are big in size. And value for money i would suggest go for premium rooms

Hotel staff from all cadres know the real meaning of words hospitality, service and guest. Rooms are spacious, organised and clean with all amenities that one sophisticated hotel must have. Meal is tasty and room service is also quick. entire hotel property has got very positive vibes and a great view. Worth planning your trip with this hotel. no negative point at all.

It was a nice experience. The rooms were spacious, with mountain view and well-lit. Bed, linens & bathroom were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Maintenance required for this property. Geyser was not working, TV was not working. Food was good but mismanagement was there due to lack of staff. As per the picture was shown room was smaller & different. Location was ok.
