Great living with exceptionally good food items as well as taste especially breakfast was the best.

Room smells full of cigarettes. All the linen was dirty. It looks completely different from the picture. Highly disappointed.

Spacious well-decorated rooms, excellent food and nice hospitality. You can cherish the mountain view from your room. Highly recommended.

We had a good and pleasant stay. All the staffs were very polite and helpful. Also we enjoyed the food, it was very tasty.

The room is quite good and the hygiene and washroom too but the washroom should be more clearer than the present condition. As I leave hotel early in the morning, so not able to try your food. Apart from that ,there must be some basic medical facilities like presence of ors , headache tablets etc

I have been visiting this hotel since last 6 years whenever I am at Siliguri. Location of this hotel is excellent. We can access any road directly from this point. The rooms are really specious as compared to any other hotel at this price point. Ambience is also top class looking at this price point. However food seems to be costly. One suggesion to keep a pen and piece of paper in the room.

We had dinner in the hotel, but the food seems contaminated. We were travelling with a 4 year old and all of us had stomach infection. The receptionist couldn’t arrange a cab or car to take us to the emergency early in the morning. We sat in an auto and reached the emergency. It wasn’t a pleasant stay at all.

Centrally located. Quite clean. Fittings and fixtures need replacement. Food was very good. Service is also good.

Premium Family Room - was spacious but terrible service. Toilet seat was broken. Breakfast buffet was average.

The room and bathroom was clean. The room was little small than i expected. Location is good and all amenities were provided.
