It was terrible experience. flush was not working in toilet and it was complete hell. water in the bathroom tap was yellow and dirty. can't say more.

Place is good and price worthy, no doubts about it. Probably we went with more expectations and hence we found it just good enough. No any complaints, as such.

Property is old and need maintenance but if we ask about location then it’s quite good, very calm street.

I have booked 2 rooms for 4 members @ 2 members per room. During check in the manager says it is one person per room and charged an extra amount of rs 1750. We requested as to how one person will be given per room when two beds are there but he denied and took his stand. As i came from far off place and had no option to search for another room i paid and completed the formalities. Bed sheets and linen was all wrinkled bathrooms are not kept dry and clean wash basin and comode was a hell.

The room service is good. The complementary breakfast is good. Located in a good place and helpful for anyone who comes to sleep. Worth for money.

The room was neat and clean. Two attenders were very good and gave excellent service. However, the place looks a little run down. Some painting work, removal of scales in bathroom fittings and some refurbishing of furniture required. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are very bad. Found bed bugs toilet not clean no parking no breakfast

Neat and clean room. Staffs are supportive and polite and it has all basic amenities require at a good price

The location is great and well connected to the heart of the city. The accommodation is a good value for the money considering the locational advantage. Breakfast is complimentary and is of decent south indian dish. The support team and the manager are customer friendly and responsive to the guests. Kitchen availability is a plus point.

We had made reservations for 2 nights. The location is nice. That's where the niceties end. Terrible rooms with dampness in the walls, bathrooms broken, bed linen that is dirty and stained. We decided to forgo our money and check out. The management conveyed this was the best they could do. No cleaner alternatives. They weren't 3ven surprised that we were checking out so early. Best to steer clear of such places. Makemytrip should really to be delis-ting this place if they should want to retain any credibility.

The ac was making loud noises, I could not sleep properly.

If you are traveling alone and don't need anything posh, this will be more than enough.

It has excellent location, basic room and nice service. Cleanliness can be improved though.

Decent place to stay 1 night good for single person short stay. Service is good but no early morning breakfast they serve after 8am only.

Affordable, location close to consulate and will definitely recommend if you want to get both your biometric and stamping done for us visa. Room was comfortable and AC was good. Morning breakfast was good and on time. Staff was cooperative and courteous. The hotel is close to TTK Salai, which houses many restaurants.

Bedsheets and towel, etc need to look fresh and clean- but they were an eyesore. Hospitality was okay but not very warm from attender who should help with bags or elderly persons when they leave and that was lacking. It was told Breakfast would be served at 8 am but was delayed and served at 8. 30 - when one has a business to attend, that half hour matters! If they had indicated time as 8. 30 then we would have reorganised our plan.
