Vrindavan Castle, Near Prem Mandir

We have booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but there is no arrangement for kids

They didn't even provided drinking water. The same room is available anywhere between 500 to 800 on the spot.

I have already raised a complaint regarding this stay and shared the issues but i didn't get any positive response from mmt. Would mm t team not like to give the satisfactory resolution on that?

A very bad experience and waste of money but didn't had option because i paid in advance and there is no option to cancel or change room.

varinavan cast hotel in varinavan,which is presented as a hotel is not a hotel. one person has taken on rent single room ie 10×10 size with small bathroom i.e studio apartments on rent he may have taken about 10 such studio apartments on rent in some apartments in varinavan. misleading customers through by presenting it as a big hotel, with attached photos of the summing pool, kids play area, good food, excellent room service, very friendly staff etc. whereas these things are not existing there and rooms are also very poorly maintained, even so-called hotel sign board is also not installed. dirty bedsheet, dirty floor, dirty toilet, blanket with holes, tv not working etc ever rats play hide and seek with customers in room.

It was very bad experience. There no one available for. Bad service, dirty room, no drinking water. Tv not working, dirty washroom, dirty bad sheet, no tea or coffee kit or cattle available at the room. So it was very bad experience. I will never stay and not suggest to anyone to stay.

There were rats in the room and the sheets were dirty.

If you need only bed, then book this hotel he doesn't provide, blanket, towel, drinking water, no any services.

Room: 5⭐, Service: 5⭐, Breakfast buffet: 5⭐, Lunch buffet: 5⭐, In-room Dining: 5⭐ What I loved: Service, staff politeness, attention to detail like they remembered I went to celebrate birthday, so made a special little cake for me (really touching). Since it was a special occasion, they provided a room with an amazing view.

Had been to this place more than 5 times especially to “the krishna” restaurant. I should say 10/10 for the service, for the buffet menu. It’s simple superb. I should say it’s worth the money.

Really it's a heaven with beautiful interiors and exteriors. Excellent service. Free parking. Best tour and travel they provide in a very affordable rates. Love to stay again and again.

This is one of the most lovely places i've ever stayed. You will feel royal luxury and a graceful aura here. The encircling greenery adds a pristine touch. Everything (rooms, corridors, food, view, atmosphere, all services, hospitality) is top-notch here, and the vibes are so rejuvenating that you'll definitely want to return.

We went as a huge group of around 20 people. The hospitality was impeccable and we were all amazed by their service. They happily attended to all our requests (too many) and special thanks to rahul for taking excellent care of us. Apologize for not remembering the names of other amazing people who helped us out throughout the night and making it one of the most memorable nights for our whole family.

It was an immensely wonderful stay there. All the staffs were welcoming and courteous. I would like to mention about ms. Akanksha who went over and above to make us feel comfortable and welcome. She in fact gifted us with a small memento while checking out. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.

there is no room service, no one is picking my phone . no one attand us according to room itis very high tarrif, this type room can be rent rs but you charge and no service given by you , sorry very bad experience😢😢

First of all it's a nice property. They have maintained it well. The rooms are nice and clean and when you enter the aroma which u get is breath taking. The hotel and their staff was brilliant. Right from the front desk to the f&b team. Service with a smile.

Big suites consisting of all required electronics like tv, geyser, air conditioner, electric kettle, fridge, tata sky, etc. All are in good working condition. Excellent service on one call. Full value of money.

Amazing staff and location. Zero complaints at all. They really care to their guests. Would highly recommend the hotel and we tried all restaurants, loved them all. Trust me, you have to visit this lovely hotel! your stay will be detailed with breathtaking beautiful ambience, an amazing team of hotel staff, and luxury all around you. Truly is a royal hotel!

Terrible stay, worst service i can say no service at all, no reception. Only advertising no one will be there from their side for service. We stayed for two days not a single time any one come for cleaning, not provided single water bottle, no dustbin in room, only single towel. Worst experience at this price. Believe me its not worth. No reception i was shocked, just one guy & other with lots of attitude.

Great view, good room, good hotel staff, good ambiance. Amazing staff, great ambience, excellent food, superb service each and every department was unbeatable. Don't remember the names of all the staff but each and every staff in the restaurant and housekeeping, thank u very much. Thank u for making my holiday memorable.
