Room is good but privacy is pathetic in my 3 day stay my room is cleaned and serviced without my permission when i am out of my room also my personal belongings were in my room there is also such many possibility the hotel lent my room to some one else on hourly basis when i am not there its quite strange receptionist said “Humare yahan toh aisa hi hota hai” same is done for 3 days continuously. When i am checking out from hotel after clearing all my dues the receptionist told me to wait for some time “ we have to check status of room” as he think i am going to steal some hotel’s property or belongings so shameful and embarrassing for me.Never going to stay again there.Also suggest make my trip to look into this.

It wasn’t a good experience. Rude manager, torn beesheets, refrigerator not working in room, water leakage from AC, noisy fan, uncomfortable mattress.

In the morning, a staff member used their second key to open the door of our room without permission, while i was with my wife inside. This was a shocking breach of privacy and completely unacceptable for a women. Such behavior makes guests feel unsafe and disrespected. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their security and peace of mind.

Property was very clean, service was fast and good, the only minor downside was the fact that Zomato/Swiggy or toehr delivery services were not allowed which made the food options limited. Other than that I loved the stay.
