The location was perfect. Day 1 - The receptionist is so harsh, behaving like a warden. It seems that the hotel was newly constructed and still it's not 100% ready, like wifi, reserve parking. Basic equipment like Soap, towel, water bottle, Kettle is not readily available. We have to ask for everything to get that stuff. Since this hotel allows drinking and smoking. The outside atmosphere is fully smelly like a wine shop. Not suitable for family I guess. Solo/Couple/Bachelor can accomodate. The hotel owner is very much responsible for any kind of issues. Strongly suggesting to change the Day 1 One male receptionist. And price is also too high for a balcony view room which is actually not worthy because there is minimal view point from the balcony. So the price for the balcony room can be reduced.

stay was good but...near by room peoples drinking and smoking..Not good for family

Room is clean ... And had no disturbance... They had good location and good parking space for bikes and cars ... The only this is the tv remote not working when i stayed ... May be battery problem... Kindly change it .. otherwise every thing is good

The stay was fine only. It was overall average. One good thing about this place is that it has ample parking space.

good proximity to center of city, good views from balcony, spacious room. rooms need better maintenance. bedsheets were stinking with strong smell. common area full of dust. building is a bit old, not maintained well.

Iam highly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, specifically the dirty pillows and the foul-smelling bed sheet. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi is non-functional. Housekeeping stated they currently lack clean pillow covers and would provide them after washing and drying. My scheduled check-in was 12 PM, but the room was not prepared upon my arrival. We didn't even get drinking water.

The room was neat and clean also hot water was available. Food is something you can parcel to the room. Over all good stay for a day or two with family.

Good place to stay. Easy access to all places. It's near to bus stand walkable distance to all shopping

No reception facility there only a person can handle the things and blankets are normal type . Car Parking also conjunction .
