Vythiri Eco Green Homestay

It was a worst stay I ever had. I will give 1 star for cleanliness. The care taker was not answering properly. In the wash roam flush was not working properly. Room was very stinky. No drinking water available, when we ask for drinking water he told you can have tap water as its good. The tap water was not even good for bath, too much of bleaching powder smell. Totally it was a horrible stay. One good thing is Homestay has private waterfalls.

No food, no proper kitchen, no safety, very difficult to find the location.

I stayed here for two days, here is my true feedback and some facts which are far from what was shown- 1) place is in the interiors and is difficult to find. 2) If you are taking your 4 wheeler then be ready for a driving test, I got my car scratched at the entrance as it is so narrow that only a hatch bag can enter. You got to close the side mirrors. 3) The care takers do not care or bother about their guests at all. 4) Please be informed that they do not have any suite rooms, they cheated me by saying they have two suite rooms. I had one bed which had two terrible pillows, not sure how long they were not changes, the blankets had holes and a rug which was stinking. When I asked to change the room, the care taker said the rooms downstairs will be used by bachelors and they gonna make hell lot of noise as there is a party- this was the exact same words by the old gentleman. 4) You have to call the care takers for everything, they respond to the calls and request as if they are doing a flavor. 5) The place is pitch dark after 7 PM, they have a common door and they ask the guests to keep that open- not sure why, if you are staying with family then your safety is at stake. I could not have sound sleep during the stay. 6) The name of this place is Charity, please be informed that they are no where connected to Vythiri resorts.

Location is really nice. I have booked suite room, but didn't get hot water in bathroom. Rather had to use common toilet for hot water. WiFi was not there, but owner thinks WiFi does exist. Enjoyed stay.

Peaceful location the sound of the Lake was amazing

A small river was flowing in the back side of the property and that was the best thing. Location was convenient and the property was nice. One can enjoy the view of river from the lounge area, but not from the room. Room was nice but, the bed was not proper. Food was good and the caretaker was helpful. Cleanliness was not up to the mark and that was the only concern, rest everything was good. Property is recommendable.

The dormitory was not like as we were expecting but, the one can experience the beautiful view of nature from the dormitory. Cleanliness and security were good. The facilities were average. Overall the property does not meet our expectation.

The property was ok. It is a dormitory. It was good and clean but, tv was not there. It had a common washroom. No staff was there. It was a self-service type property. They charged extra amount for the kitchen which was not mentioned earlier.

We have expected a lot of new stuff in this hotel, but it was so disappointing, we can't even be free with regular aspects as plugin chargers, not even have television, big room with one fan. So. Please consider our reviews and correct the bad stuff. Thank you.

If you want to stay close to nature it's great. The infra is quite good. But since it's still in making the cleanliness and facilities are not that great.

There is no management for this property. Only one boy maintains the property. The Road for approaching the property is very small it is just a path. It is not feasible for vehicles. My car got damaged while passing through that Road. Property is not recommendable.

It was so nice to stay there. Also surrounded by the tree's. We booked for 5 members. It was worthy for money. May be not suitable for girls or couples because there's no security guards. Our main drawback is there's no generator or ups to avoid power cut.

Good place for friends. Not couple friendly

Surrounded by estates and has a water stream behind the Homestay. The owner was cooperative, stay is suitable for all.
