Wabi-Sabi Resort

The experience in wasabi resort was extraordinary specifically speaking about the service they give to the customer, the politeness with which the staff handles your work and pay attention to your requirements to every detail was really amazing. This is my first time i experienced something that the staff is looking into the problems that we have not said to them and getting it done. Talking about the property, it is a little remotely located property from the highway with a nice scenery, a calm ambience away from all the rush life. The property has multiple levels, multiple playgrounds for kids, multiple pools which provides unique experiences for each and every of your stay. I would recommend recommend recommend a minimum of two days of stay with a family of friends to enjoy the property fully

It was an overnight stay, loved the property. Views from the hill are very good and there are lots of spaces to play and chill. Food was very expensive and the quality was not up to the mark, need improvement in the food. Location is quite far from the city and the resort does not have all the options available, so better go with fully prepared. Overall 3/5 from me, could have been much better.

Service and management is good but i have requested some decorations earlier and that surprise was not ready there. Due to that my valentine didn't go well as per my expectations. Entrance and car parking should be there properly and there has to be some labels to show car parking. Overall food quality is good. And the ambience is good.

Very nice location. Breakfast was complimentary. Peaceful place. The rooms are quite big in size. They have taken care of the property very well. Good place for family, groups, corporate groups. The pool size is a little small. Rest all is excellent.

The stay was very pleasant, room were neat and clean, ambiance was excellent. Wonderful place for kids and very peaceful. Food was worth it and extremely tasty, kudos to the chef for making it mouth watering. The reception staff was very helpful.

it was a good property, pretty scenic view but the washrooms weren't as tidy and could have made good arrangements. Food is good but can be better, the staff was cooperative and helped around. Housekeeping was upto the mark
