Walnut Tree Pahalgam

Visited recently, the services provided were really good compared to other Walnut Tree Pahalgams we stayed at. The housekeeping services were at its peak as we were provided with whatever was required quickly without stalling us. Even when we were back from river rafting it wasn't the time for hot water to be available yet, still the staff made it available for us so that we don't suffer from it, very helpful of them. It has very friendly staff that makes sure we're enjoying our stay and are comfortable too. The food was delicious and the surrounding were well maintained. A pristine location to visit.

Rooms are good and spacious and well maintained with central heating, along with additional heaters and electric bed warmer. Location is just beside lider river with great view. The staffs are very-helpful and provided us with the things that we needed. I would like to mention about manager roof who personally took care of our needs from time to time even at midnight by starting the generator due to powercut so that the heaters run properly. Very satisfied with manager rouf's behaviour and service. Would recommend this Walnut Tree Pahalgam of you love to stay in between nature, away from crowd.

The walnut tree pahalgam was an absolute delight! the lidder river flowing right outside our balcony was so calming, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Rouf, the Walnut Tree Pahalgam manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were modern and spotless, with very nice bathrooms. We enjoyed delicious meals with a good variety. The location near the rafting point was perfect for adventure seekers like us. We highly recommend walnut tree for a memorable stay in pahalgam!

We stayed in Deluxe premium room. It was well maintained , very clean and equipped with all basic necessities. Hotel staff and manger were very helping and friendly. It was like a home away from home. It's walking distance from river. There are some restaurants also near by, after crossing the river. The property has a garden as well with Walnut trees🤩. The manger is very nice he helped us in many ways. Booked Cab for us in a very reasonable rate. I will surely stay again here, if i visit Pahalgam.

We paid higher to get a desired room with balcony but Walnut Tree Pahalgam ended up giving nightmare dungeon like room though after arguing they have shifted us in the room with balcony next day. Both the rooms has a weird smelly bedsheets, pillows & towels. The food quality was not great, had strict timings of availability of kitchen. Service wasn't professional as well. Overall, the team need to understand its not all about money but the experience you give to a traveller.

While the rooms were well-maintained, the bathrooms could be improved, but they were clean.

Walnut tree is a delightful place to stay. The surroundings are beautiful, and the Walnut Tree Pahalgam offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by manager danish. He was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist truly made our experience memorable.

Chill place and the staff is very supportive the place is peaceful, the food is fine. Loved the stay!

We stayed here two nights, here the staff and manager roof ji is so polite, soft spoken, they are giving very good service to the guests, the view is awesome, here we had breakfast and dinner all food items are delicious - thank you for your awesome hospitality will visit again sooner.

Service was very nice. Staff was polite. Rooms are clean and heater was provided. The Walnut Tree Pahalgam is in front of the lake.

Exceeded expectations! we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern furniture in the rooms. The breakfast was hot and tasty, and the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. We'll definitely consider staying here again.

This property is new so some things need to be practised. Like the services it needs to be fasten up. Overall the place is good but still can be better at service pov
