Wanderlust Resort , Bhandardara

very bad experience..it's not a 3 star hotel it's a lodge *dirty bedsheets, when we requested to change it the room service man denied pur request. * wrong location shown in make my trip *most of the electric board are open, not at all kid friendly room * telephone wasn't working * BREAKFAST was included in our package butttt he offered us upma only ,no other options for breakfast were there. 😡 khana h to khao kind of there behaviour . very unprofessional and careless behaviour from the staff

Stay was comfortable and service was good the food was too awesome even if it is vegetarian the staff was polite and helpful would recommend to stay there

AC was not working, no welcome drink, room was not clean and staff was not cooperative.

Very bad experience, no basic facilities like towel, brush, soap, toothpaste, water bottle were provided. Even at night in cool weather of monsoon after getting wet they denied hot water facilities. After so many arguments they finally gave me a towel and water bottle at night. And after many arguments they gave a hot water facility. They didn't even provide an extra bed for my 3rd person for which i have already paid. Seriously this was my worst experience, pathetic service and facilities for rs. 7500 for 2 rooms

I paid for connecting rooms. They were filthy. Mould was smelling all across. Bathroom had a tub, with visible marks of filth. Restaurant's furniture and cutlery was dirty though food may be rated satisfactory. All the packaged items ie Water, soft drink etc were sold in excess of MRP. No parking for own vehicle, had to manage with roadside parking. TV was not working, no provision to heatup the room. No hot kettle, no hair dryer. Regretted booking it in the very first hour!

moulds in the room intercom does not work TV does not work Fantastic makes noise can't sleep very very far from everything when I asked to change my location to a better one ( they have 2 more locations in Bandardara) they said both are full . it was a lie as it was a weekday n I had checked it was available. I stayed there only 1 night . Instead of 2 nights that I paid for. if 1 night refund can be given back to me it will be appreciated as I had to check into a another hotel

Location and food were nice. But, the room was very ordinary as compared to the price and as displayed . Not enough ventilation - dumpness - flush in the toilet not working in full swing - lack of hot water etc. It worsened overall stay experience.

Very poor, no blanket, no pillow, No swimming pool, no complimentary breakfast, No wifi and very poor management. Cleaning was poor and very dirty rooms. The prize does not justify the resort.

It’s not a resort. Just a roadside lodge with stinky rooms. Service also poor. Not recommendable. Location however is quite good!

Pathetic stay. 1. At first, we were welcomed with a spider sitting on the table attached to the bed. Somehow removed it from the room. 2. Even though we have booked the room for 4 persons (02 adult+02 children, but in reality, bed size was sufficient for maximum 2 person only. They had given one more single mattress which i kept on the floor and managed for the night. 3. Room intercom was non-functional 4. Ac was not working 5. Tv was non-functional 6. Door mat was not available in front of the bath room. Later it was provided once asked. 7. Food was ok, but cleanliness was not there in the restaurant at all. We found same rice pieces which were fallen over the sit during previous night dinner, were still there during next day morning breakfast. No one has cleaned.

Fan regulator was not working. AC remote was not working. Had to change room. Room change was not easy, they mentioned they are fully booked. only agreed for changing my room after I have warning that I will have to leave right away as I cannot stay here and fall sick in full speed Fan and uncontrollable AC. Food was good.

No water, napkin is provided, food quality is not good and very costly. Service is very poor parking not available. Room is not good bad smell every where

Room was. Clean, staff was helpful. Location is easy to search. Food was delicious but. When i booked room including brekfeast and dinner. They give only only poha and coffee in breakfast. U can include lunch, dinner but don't include breakfast in booking. Expectinal breakfast every thing was good. Thank you

Food is good but only veg. Maintenance seems to be poor. We got dirty linen/ pillow covers. Overall visit was ok.

This is a good hotel to stay, on the main road on the way of bandhardhara, around 20 minutes before the dam or forest entry point. You can start your day from here with *****ha fall and dam sight seeing then after entry in forest are by paying rs 30 per person and rs 100 for your car and can take a full round of bhandhardhara watching and enjoying several falls. Don't forget to visit ancient mahadev mandir, shiv-ling is inside the water due to rain and increased water level. The best part of this hotel is it's service and politeness of staffs.

I had a fantastic stay at wanderlust resorts. The location is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms that offer great comfort. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The variety of activities available made my stay exciting and memorable. Highly recommended!
