Wangnoo Heritage Houseboats

The staff is very hospitable and our stay was pleasant. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well kept. Be ready for a few insects here and there cos you will be staying near their natural habitat. The dinner is served in their restaurant rather than their houseboat so the spread is big as compared to smaller houseboats. However, the taste can be improved. The manager showed us their garden which has a variety of trees and plants. The houseboat is located little far from ghat 1 but that is a plus if you like taking shikara rides.

The hosts were very kind to upgrade me. The safety and hygiene practices being followed were more than what i was expecting. Also, the view, the food the experience of kahwa at the restaurant was something i could not experience during my last stay to kashmiri at vivanta Wangnoo Heritage Houseboats. This was much more personalized and unique

Wangnoo is good in Hospitality, Cleanliness & Hygiene. However need to have heating facilities since the climate is very cool there in most part of the year. Food served is of average quality. Overall it is a pleasant place to stay specially if you are first timer for house boats.

There should be more variety in food. Food quality should also improve. Deck was closed. It should be open so that customers get good view.

The staff is dedicated to ensure hygiene and safety. They are caring towards the guests and ensure needs are met

Awesome stay, was a wonderful experience

The location of the boat house is not in dal lake which is the best part. It is peaceful and separate from the main crowd of srinagar

We stayed here for one day. Location was very clean and beautiful.

It is a great place to experience srinagar and kashmir.
