The stay was good with spacious rooms . Just that the property is not well maintained and should be more clean .

Travel-led with family. Nice experience. Staff was very kind and helpful. We had food outside. Pool maintained well. Enjoyed a lot.

We took 2 bhk apartment. The apartment was very neat and clean and had everything you need. They even provide with an induction on request. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room wasn't clean. Their service was kind of ok. Entire apartment is spacious.

It is value for money and so one cannot have more expectations here. It is a decent 2 BHK apartment with 2 bathrooms. Hot water was available throughout the day. Rooms were cleaner but still can be maintained well. It is better if they could clean the room daily. Breakfast quantity is very less and it is not sufficient for an adult (3 idlies per head). Otherwise it is good for a budget stay with car parking as well. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

This place is easily accessible and cost effective. Each room is spacious enough to accommodate 4 people.

It was good property with a nice location. The rooms were good and spacious. I just want to suggest that they should look into the cleanliness especially in the bathrooms.

Don't expect too much as shown in images. It is an average accommodation for family. We had faced water problems during our stay, which was resolved after highlighted to the attender. All bed s were old. Overall it is average and affordable stay at this place.

Waynad Cliff is located a couple of minutes walk away from main road and in a decent locality which is silent. Restaurants and bar are at walk-able distance. The host Nishant was very humble and pleasant to talk too. Stay was good, rooms were clean with running hot water.

Located centrally at Kalpetta at equal distance to most of the tourist attractions. The 2 bedroom apartment is more like a house, so you feel at home there. There is hot water all the time and WiFi too, but the speed is too slow. The rooms we booked were non AC but fine since it is generally cold there. Go for it if you are looking for a value -for-money budget hotel. Stay away if you are looking for a high end one

Rooms were not the one shown in the pics, there were insects inside the bedroom and neither there were any utensils in kitchen of the apartment. Cable connection wasn't working plus services were not good either.

Hotel is easily accessible. It's a apartment where I get one bedroom one kitchen one drawing room and two bathrooms. Hotel staff is good and helpful. You can easily find auto bus and cab outside the hotel. Hotel location is awesome. I think it's a good one, people can stay here without hesitation. And thanks to make my trip for the same

Not satisfied with the facilities are different from the images which they displayed. There was no AC in the room and the fans are not rotating fast. The only good thing I would like to tell that there was a hot water available for bath.

Room are spacious and clean. Overall good value for money. Breakfast was amazing. Cleanliness is okay. Staff is cooperative. Good for family stays. Accessible to local marketplace by a short walk. Nice

Cleanliness not at all good ... There's no lift facility ... Tv is there .. But only maleyalm channels .. Service is good but only one person handling all this ... There is no hot water coming properly.

The location is in the town.. Locations are near by the town. Apartment is neat and clean. Food prepared by the apartment staff was so tasty. Kappa curry, chappathi is so tasty. Weather is not much cool what we expected to see. Good place to go with the family. Try to keep some South channels (in Tamil) in future. All the best. Thanks.

The location is in the town .. You can get everything in the vicinity. TV had analog cable and only south indian channels. One of the two bathrooms didn't have a geyser. Apart from this everything was good.
