Welcome Grand Residency

This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and where there for every need of mine. The staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable especially f&b and the housekeeping, also the front office staff all wherr helpful last the manager anisha was very courteous. Every staff member i encountered, from the security to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues! the sevice was exceptional as well. Newly built with just 3. 5 months into the operations. Lovely room double bed for a group of 4. Spacious with a mini fridge, electric kettle to brew tea/coffee from a range of good brands and water bottle one for each. The bathroom is modern and western. They provide a toothbrush and paste for each one. Overall satisfied with the stay. Understand that it's still new, but was disappointed that only night room service wasn't available. Food service isn't available either and it is to be ordered through swiggy or zomato or buy from nearby restaurants.

After check-in on friday noon, the room allotted to me was in a total mess, as after the previous passenger had checked out, Welcome Grand Residency staff didnot ready the room for the next check-in, for me. The room small is small, as the Welcome Grand Residency is new the room and bathroom is nice. But they need to maintain cleanliness. Breakfast is provided from outdoor as Welcome Grand Residency does not have a restaurant. Second day no breakfast provided inspite of informingvthe front desk on previous day that i was checking out at 7. 30 am.

We had booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and 2 kids. The rooms in this property are excellent. However the room sizes were a bit on smaller side, although enough for comfortable stay. No restaurant, but that is not a problem at all. It is situated in the middle of the city with access to all restaurants as well as app deliveries. Staffs a great as well. Only challenge is the parking. Although it is inhouse, but the place is very small especially for large vehicles. The property is exactly 1. 5kms from the rock beach/promenade/gandhi statue.

The stay was too good. The room was neat and the bathroom was very clean. Toiletries, kettle and basic refreshments (teabags, coffee etc) were provided. It has parking space at the ground floor but a little tricky to park because of the slightly narrow pathway but there is always a person available to help you with parking the vehicle. Location is just about a kilometre from the main attractions in pondy. Highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at this Welcome Grand Residency and i am happy with the stay. The Welcome Grand Residency is good, the rooms are good, especially the rooms with balconies. The staff is humble and helpful. You will get fast service once requested. I booked 3 rooms with breakfast but they give packed breakfast as they don't have a live kitchen. The location of the Welcome Grand Residency is amazing, situated in the city center.

I randomly came across this property on mm t and was impressed by the pocket friendly deal it offered for the variety of rooms, as well as its location is at a prime spot. Being a new Welcome Grand Residency, it was impeccably clean, and the service was outstanding, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Its central location made it easy to access all the key spots in the city. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Parking was bit tricky but it is safe other than that i don't see any cons. Rooms were neat, washroom are pretty clean and comfortable.

Room is good. Some facilities are there in the room. But there is no restaurant attached which is a drawback.

Excellent rooms. Rooms are very clean and the reception staff is helpful. The quadruple room is very convenient for a family of 4. Its within 2km to the aurobindo ashram promenade beach-only area of improvement i wanted to highlight is the breakfast. They don't have any restaurant in the Welcome Grand Residency so they get packed breakfast from outside. Also a few parking slots are there.

Good place to stay, no disturbances, neat and clean, location was convenient closer to restaurant, shopping and most of other places go for it.

Excellent Welcome Grand Residency. New, clean, well maintained. Good ac, spacious rooms with clean wash rooms with separate chambers for wet and dry. Also is at the centre point of the city, very near to the white town with rock beach and french colony within just 1-2 kms. Very good service and helpful staff.
