The stay at welcome Welcome Hotel (Centrally Heated) was really great and homely. The view from my room was breath taking, it was like watching heaven before sleeping and opening your eyes to the same view. I booked hertiage suite - had all the facilities that you need when staying in place with single degree temperature. The stay would have have been incomplete without momin. H he is the star of the Welcome Hotel (Centrally Heated). The stay was homely all because of him. Momin was always there for service, whether it be @3 in the afternoon or night. He goes above and beyond to help his guests. Thank you mom-in for the lovely experience. God bless!

The washrooms were clean, rooms were clean and smelled good. Even hot water was provided to us on time. We even had our dinner there. It was shockingly very tasty food that me and my friends ate. We reached late due to transportation issues. Everything was shut down including the Welcome Hotel (Centrally Heated). But they responded v warmly. Good reception. Everything ready. Beds warmed up. Since it was v v cold. Had good sleep woke up to a wonderful view from the room. Loved it. Watching snow capped mountains glistening to sunrise. Beautiful. Only thing lacking was a electric kettle. Complimentary breakfast was ok ok. Overall stay was v v enjoyable

Room was nicely heated, 24 hours electricity and hot water available. Food was also good. Best experience was the behaviour of the staff. They make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed in room 301 for one night and the stay was absolutely amazing. The hospitality was brilliant and the view from the room is just spectacular! the room was very comfortable and we were provided with heat blankets, a small heater and a central heating unit.
