The property location is excellent, just in front of dal lake. Shikara ride, shopping mall restaurants all within walking distance room where we stayed had all amenities. I will give 5* for cleanliness and staff behaviour. Mr mumtaz in the dining room was particularly helpful and courteous. Food was good too.
