Welcome Regency

The Hotel is reallocated. Quite near the airport and other amenities. The room and toilet were clean. The service was not up to the mark. There was no phone in my room, they had removed it for repair and did not return till I left. The hot water was not working in the bathroom. The breakfast I ordered didn't reach on time. I was staying only for two days, so first two did not bother me much. But the delay in bringing the breakfast on the day I was leaving really bothered me. I almost missed my ride because of that. Overall a decent place with below average service.

Good Welcome Regency with good location. Helpful staff members . Well furnished room with clean bed linen. Toiletries quality may be improved . Food quality was good and is value for money. Only problem I faced during stay was from bathroom as you have to wait at least for 35 min to have a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Flow of water from tap of wash basin is so slow that for washing your hand also you have to wait for few minutes . Over all good to stay. Requires little improvement in as mentioned.

Stayed for 2 nights. As it is near to airport you could here the flights frequently. Decent Welcome Regency for a short stay. Complementary breakfast is good. You won't get complementary water bottle. You have to buy water everyday. When I was checking out I got a receipt for 3 bottles when I bought only 2. Although the issue was resolved, that was an embarrassing experience

Value for money. This place is for short stays, visitors who are travelling on business purpose. Room rate is cheaper and size of cheapest room is half the size of normal room with a single bed, well furnished, tv and bathroom. It's natural to expect dirty rooms and stinky bathrooms at this kind of price but surprisingly both are absolutely clean.

It was nice experience. The Welcome Regency is next to Disha eye hospital, easy reach to the bus stop and a lot many Welcome Regencys around the place. The manager and attendants were friendly and helpful. The room was small but had all what's required for my stay, no over estimation from a Welcome Regency of this category.

Room was good so was the service. Nice to stay if you have an onward journey. Location is also close to Welcome Regency which is very useful. Although rooms are bit small but you get good value for money. And the breakfast is complimentary which is awesome too if you are checking out in the morning.

The Welcome Regency nearby airport in car 5 to 10 minutes. The place name is teghoria. Nice Welcome Regency good locations Welcome Regency room also excellent manager and supporting staff are very helpful foo ding also nice. My opninion in Kolkata neary by airport this Welcome Regency is good.

From the reception to all Welcome Regency staff they were all polite and very good. Only thing I dislike was the smell coming out from the bathroom was terrible. Location wise it's excellent, service very good, food average. If improved on cleanliness and hygiene it will be excellent.

I stayed there for one night. Had a flight to catch early in the morning. Room was clean with basic facilities. Location wise very good. The staff were good. Did not have enough time to enjoy the breakfast. Overall value for money.

Rooms are hygienic and it is the best valued for money Welcome Regency near to airport, staff service is good and the most good things is location which is surrounded by all kind of civic amenities area.

I have been in the Welcome Regency for 2 nights and I found it comfortable. Staff, food and other services are very good.

Hotel budget was good, staff behaviour is good, food was also good.

Location is excellent, close to main road but, no traffic noise while sleep, food is good, bathroom was large and clean, only problem faced was mosquitos, rest OK

Not so good. Too clumsy. And I had to wait for a long time even though my checkout time was 12noon. They told that they were cleaning the room. The room was not kept ready, even though it was precooked.

Location very good. Airport very near. Rate cheaper ; facilities almost same.

When I enter this Welcome Regency I'm little confused but in that's time I saw a room then I shocked after that I get fresh and then I relaxed some time and out the room and see balconies I love it good painting put on the wall.

Service is good, location is 10 minutes from airport. Food quality is also good, rooms are clean and specious. Behavior of all staffs are also very good.
