My parents recently had the pleasure of staying at welcome resort that went above and beyond to make their experience truly remarkable. From the moment they arrived until their departure, the Welcome Resort staff displayed an extraordinary level of helpfulness and attentiveness. One of the highlights of their visit was the Welcome Resort staff's dedication in making my father's birthday celebration truly special. They went the extra mile by decorating their room beautifully, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that instantly brought smiles to my parents' faces. Whether it was providing extra amenities or offering personalized recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options, the staff proved to be a valuable source of guidance throughout their stay. Moreover, the genuine care and warmth exhibited by the Welcome Resort staff left an indelible impression on my parents. The Welcome Resort itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable and thoughtfully designed rooms. Overall, i cannot recommend this Welcome Resort highly enough. I recently stayed at this Welcome Resort and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the popular attractions. The room was clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. The food at the Welcome Resort's restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes. A standout for me was the exceptional service provided by mr. Rain a from the restaurant. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable and memorable. His friendly and attentive nature really enhanced my stay at the Welcome Resort. Overall, i highly recommend this Welcome Resort for anyone looking for a great location, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We wanted to book welcome property of itc but we booked this resort with the same name, was also warned by local taxi driver before entering the premises this location is way ahead of actual town of pahalgam. We entered the property with doubt but upon seeing the gestures of staff we calmed down. Then when we went into the rooms allotted was delighted as it turned out to be a new property so every single thing was meticulously well arranged. The breakfasts at the property was one of the best in terms of quality. This was our first encounter of kashmir and thy people and it turned out to be so warm we were all so happy. Special mention to manager shabir for his helpful guidance and to banquet staff zahid who went out of the way to serve us the best all the time. Only one drawback which comes to our mind is that it does-not have lift so climbing stairs for older people could be tough.

New property with high end cleanliness. 28 rooms with balconies, 1 villa & 3 cottages, surrounded by green mountains on all sides & a walk away from a flowing stream the sound of which can be heard in the rooms at night. Friendly staff with excellent veg, non veg & jain food on request including local cuisine. Visits to tourist spots by car & horseback are arranged wherein the rates are fixed by the union. 10 minutes by car to the main market. Boon fire arranged on request. Carry yr own liquor or get it from 1 wine shop situated in the main market with limited brands. All in all an ideal stay for minimum 2 nights with family or friends

Room and facilities were expected for a high priced resort. There are however power issues as the electricity tends to go off quite a lot. We were here just before the start of the 2023 season so not many residents. With few residents the quality and variety of food was not good. Suffered stomach isues after having chicken, which i am sure was the previous nights curry in a diffetent sauce. Maybe with more residents and fresh food cooked daily the quality will improve.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The room was very warm and cosy. The staff very polite and service was quick. The food was great. The manager Shabir was extremely polite and helpful. The honesty of the staff was especially noteworthy. We had forgotten a large sum of cash in our room while check out. They kept calling us to return the money. They paid the entire sum to save us a return trip to Pahalgam. I don't know how to thank them enough. May God bless them

An amazing stay at pahalgam great people, really helpful great food, and top class facilities the view from the room is amazing. The manager at Welcome Resort will always be there to help if there is any issue. Pahalgam market is kms away from this resort. If you are looking for a stay which is peaceful then this stay is perfect. The valley is like 2 min walk from resort. Food, amenities and services all really good. 24hrs heater and hot water available

We had very good trip to pahalgam and welcome resort Welcome Resort. Mr. Shabir (gm) made our trip very smooth with warm welcome moment we arrived at the Welcome Resort. Also, adil bellboy helped us very well from our arrival to departure with language and other needs. Hotel staff is very good from front desk to housekeeping. Also, restaurant staff and food was great as well. I recommend this Welcome Resort to anyone visiting pahalgam.

Our stay at welcome resort was indeed splendid. Very clean, comfy and peaceful stay. Location was good. Food was really great, taste wise as well as choice was. Special mention about the hospitality of the staff, highly helpful and attentive. Took great care of the needs of their customers. Highly recommended for anyone.

Very excellent property especially mr waseem and adil bell boy they are very helpful guys food was so yam-my special thanks mr shabir who upgraded our room to balcony definitely visit this Welcome Resort again

Our stay at the welcome resort was decent. Adil was polite and made us feel comfortable. There is no lift in the property so that was a problem. Breakfast at the restaurant also wasn’t too great. But the location of the Welcome Resort is decent. If you don’t have elders travel-ling with you this Welcome Resort can be a good option.

Very good hospitality, we booked-an villa, room are very neat and clean, tasty food, and all the staff are cooperative in nature.

Very comfortable stay and hospitality was very good, had a great stay with excellent view behind valleys and in-between rivers.

The hospitality was amazing with varied Welcome Resort management skill sets staff have i would highly recommend the resort. Sonu was amazing with his service alongside all the request were looked into in promptly manner. Big shout to the entire team

Beautifully setup place, rooms were nice and cosy. Hotel offered a complimentary upgrade to rooms with balcony and traditional kashmiri drink kahwa. Adil, the bell boy, was very helpful. Overall staff was very helpful and polite. Nice spread of breakfast.

We are impressed with the hospitality given by mr shabir at the outset. Our biggest delight was the complimentary room upgradation. The whole ambience is very beautiful. The entire staff gave us a very warm welcome. Thank you for making our trip memorable.
