The resort is one of the best I have ever been to. It’s location is excellent, slightly away from the main Ooty city and situated right in the middle of tea plantations which further enhances the scenic beauty of the property with a complete oversight of the Nilgiri Mountain range. The food was top notch and the staff extremely polite, humble and always at the service of their guests. A special shout out to Mr. Rizwaan Rasheed and Ms. Shahin Banu who displayed the true essence of being in the business of hospitality. They were always out there to help us out with almost anything and everything. Please keep up the great attitude and you will do wonders in this industry. I highly recommend this property (which was my first-ever experience at an Ayatana resort), and I am surely going to try out their other properties across India!

my stay at welcomheritage ooty was truly delightful. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. the staff was incredibly hospitable, always ensuring that every need was met with a smile. the property’s location is another highlight – nestled amidst lush greenery, it offers serene views and a peaceful ambiance, yet it’s conveniently close to major attractions in ooty. dining at the in-house restaurant was a pleasure. the food was delicious, with a good mix of local and continental options. i particularly enjoyed their breakfast spread, which was fresh and satisfying. i highly recommend it and look forward to returning someday.

Stayed here for a single night. We were upgraded from a single chalet to a room with Jacuzzi and had a great view of the hills and a spectacular sunset on the balcony. the staff are warm, courteous, efficient and quick to respond. Only point of improvement would be the food which is average for the prices charged. Overall a good stay.

Words can’t describe how beautiful it was!! In the midst of lush green pastures you’ll feel like you’re somewhere out of this earth !! Awesome place and courteous staff. Rooms were spacious with variety in food menu . And the panoramic views are unbeatable. A quiet place away from city noises is the best weekend getaway ever !!

The stay at aayatana ooty was an unforgettable experience. The views from the property are mesmerising and service quality is top notch. Unlimited refills of snacks and fruits in the room is an added perk. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Overall the entire experience was very welcoming.

Ayatana is one of the best experience I ever had. Well maintained property, yummy food, great ambience, friendly staff, overall it was a great stay. Nature walk to the tea estate was also very good, we got to see the great scenic view of the nearby estates. Highly recommended!

Food was great, hospitality, ambience and amenities were great. The location is a little far from ooty or coonoor sightseeing about half an hour on both sides but overall a must stay property.

Ayatana resort is beautiful surrounded by mesmerizing tea plantation view. The rooms are designed well and so is other infrastructure and facilities. The only drawback is the quality of food served during breakfast.
