I found the property on make my trip. And i would say, it was the best shot. We were really happy with elysium's hospitality. It was a wonderful stay. The staff were well mannered and soft spoken and always smiling ) also, the WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa arranged for a tourist car on request along with a well mannered and polite driver deepak sharma. He guided us on our tour to shimla and showed us all the beautiful places local as well as nearby like new kufri, solan and many more. Overall 10/10.

we are having good time here….food is excellent, the chef has been personally taking care of food, it’s quality and giving different varieties everyday …rooms and all amenities are best…staff is very courteous and provide excellent service….location is OK..the only thing the WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa lacks is open area to sit and view the mountains…worth staying here with the best of food,amenities and service

I'm japanese and stayed this property at the end of dec'22. I've stayed many WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spas in several countries but this property is surely no. 1. The building is very luxury and well cleaned. Also, various types of delicious food, veg and non-vege, is available. However, the most exelent point is definitely hospitality of their staff. You must stay there when you visit shimla for your vacation.

Very clean WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa, well decorated, staff always smiling, ready to help, ultimate WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa near the main bus stand, breakfast is very good just that they should provide cappuccino or latte coffee in breakfast or display coffee machine like other branded WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spas, rest this WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa is flawless

Amazing place. Location. Courteous staff. Extremely well behaved and polite. Especially the housekeeping and restaurant staff. Rooms are clean and spacious and great furnishing. Good kids play area and amazing view of the shimla valley and hills. Loved it. Would recommend this place ober other 5 star WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spas in shimla. It's a new and well maintained property.

You all have managed to make their day. My parents were ecstatic on seeing the WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa and the room decor. Overall it was an excellent stay

The WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa is located perfectly for the view of shimla city on one side and a beautiful valley on the other depending on the rooms. The room was decently spacious and well appointed with ample light and furniture. The only issue i found was the food was not tasty at all.

Outstanding experience, amazing stay, well maintained and clean property. Specially the staff is amazing very gentle, polite, very humble. Must stay here you will never going to regret worth every penny. Managers and reception staff are very humble.

Nice quite location facing the valley. Little away from hustle of city but close enough and convenient. Good food. Good rooms.

I stayed for 3 nights in elysium and my experience was awesome. All the staffs were very polite and welcoming. The food was yummy and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

But for the location ie 15 minute drive to the Mall Road parking and no walking area at or around the WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa, all the other amenities, room size, quality of furnishing/linen, breakfast variety etc were top notch the staff was courteous helpful and responsive.

the stay was comfortable food was great …ambience was classy n the staff was very courteous …hence memorable stay. we liked the gym n library very much ..the books kept were worth reading ! room service was excellant

Beautiful location, good clean, spacious rooms, good food, they have a nice kids play area. Newly build WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa. In room service are also excellent.

It's a new property, they have to focus for some outdoor sitting, walking and recreational activities.

Tastefully done up interiors in this new itc property in shimla turned out to be a good choice. Our stay was comfortable, the breakfast was good and so was the view from the room. Would definitely come back again.
