Property is good. But needs maintainance. Food was average. Staff is ok. It's overpriced with respect to services they offer.

The place is good for a stay — it’s peaceful with no noise, and the rooms are comfortable. However, the rates seem a bit high considering the property and location. The food is also overpriced, and unfortunately, room service is not available, which is a drawback.

It’s much insecure they are knowing our room again &again without any reason food quality was too bad

Nice place, staff was understaffed.

The rooms are good but the service this time was very poor. The staff was least interested to serve properly. The breakfast was below average, the pakoras had capsicum fried in it. The drinks took ages to be served. I am a regular visitor but this time I was very disappointed

2 - bad. Heavily overpriced. Rs. 15000 for one night. It seems as if it is a itc welcom group property by the name of it which it is not. Stop fooling the masses.

We stayed at this property for two nights in the suite room. It was a good room with all facilities. The property is surrounded by fruit trees. The owners are very nice and friendly people and suggested quite a few walking routes to us to explore the place. They took care of all our needs during the stay. However the food and the staff both need an overhaul. They were the only let downs during our stay. The property has a lot more to offer than it currently does in terms of engaging the guests. For instance, the walking routes could be shared with all the guests along with a route map. The village in which the property is situated has been declared a heritage village but when we explored it we did not find anything worthy of interest. Though it has a lot of potential to engage tourists which the owners / management of the property can develop.

Property is unique and lush green with lot of fruit laden trees and big fancy rooms. Food is wholesome and tasty. Overall pricing is very high and pool is a kiddies pool.

Located in serene surroundings, well maintained and furnished. Water in toilet and bath area had poor supply. Food cooking standard was below para and requires to be improved in quality, variety

It’s a vintage property, food is good and staff is courteous. Nothing much to do inside the property you just enjoy the ambience, food and a small pool. Good to hangout for a night with family / grp

But for breakfast nothing else was good. Not money’s worth.

The staff is friendly and takes care of your needs swiftly. The property is right in the heart of nature. They have lot of rare trees which makes the entire courtyard fragrant at night.

A beautiful heritage property! It was an amazing experience to stay here, spend good time in nature, have authentic and desi food and beyond the realms of metro life! Look forward to come again and stay longer

Great for a long weekend - we travelled 3.5 hours from Chandigarh to get there. The roads are good and the drive's comfortable. Pragpur is a delightful Kangra village, a chance to do nice nature walks/village visits. It's standard hill food - by that, I mean local veggies, basic Indian cooking, and nice tandoori rotis. It works well for me! It's a heritage bungalow converted into a hotel, quaint and charming.

Great place for a quiet vacation

Room lights turns off at 10:30 not before not after.

Well maintained heritage property with all modern amenities and peaceful environment. Very close to nature.

Located in green belt and well maintained. Staff is v cooperative. Service is good. Liked the food quality. Value for money. Only thing you must in the group so that you can enjoy the environment. Pool need to be maintained so hat people can enjoy the facilities, message centre to the petered from 6. 30 am so that guest can avail the facilities,

A hidden jewel. Especially for those looking for an exclusive experience. A property with a lot of character and class. Well appointed rooms with period furniture. Fantastic views from the balcony. A home away from home.
