The location and service were good enough but the parking facility wasn't on site so it's recommended to call them in advance before reaching the site if you are expecting your vehicle parking, obviously their support for the remote parking is admirable.

Welcome heritage has 2 property at the same location is kalyan bhawan. Kalyan bhawan is a pathetic place to stay, no parking, no room service, no basic room facilities. Bedsheets and blankets provided were used. Checked out one day early

familyI recently stayed at WelcomeHeritage Kalyan Bhavan in Jaisalmer and was thoroughly disappointed. The property’s location is extremely poor, with open drains releasing foul odors and garbage strewn about. To make matters worse, the area outside is littered with cow and bird droppings. In the so-called premium rooms, there is no cupboard or storage space, and the only toiletries provided are shampoo pouches and small, low-quality soaps. Power cuts are frequent, and although there is a backup generator, it only activates when requested—yet several points, including the water heater, often remain non-functional even after the backup is switched on. The laundry arrangements are also below par, with substandard services that fail to meet basic expectations. The staff’s attitude is closer to that of a basic lodge (Dharamshala) rather than a reputable hotel. An extra bed, which is merely a bare mattress, is charged at INR 1000. Child policies seem to vary every time you speak with the front desk, causing confusion and frustration. There is also no way to order or prepare tea in the room, and rooms within the same category differ drastically in their amenities and layout. Breakfast service shuts down promptly at 10 AM; even if you have been seated since 9:30, the staff will rudely refuse to serve after 10. The Kalyan Bhavan is marketed as an annex to Mandir Palace, but in reality, it feels more like a servant’s quarter, lacking amenities and featuring an awkward layout. It appears that WelcomeHeritage has minimal oversight of this property’s operations or concern for guest satisfaction.

familyThe hotel rooms and bathroom were nice. The location of this hotel is in front of the other property of the welcome heritage named mandir palace, which is a luxury property. The area is called gandhi chowk. The jaisalmer fort is at 10mins walking distance via market streets in front of the hotel. Roof top restaurant of this hotel is under construction. But other room facilities are available. Good stay in budget.

The hotel was average

I traveled with my wife the hotel is not that much great its in the between of the city during the time of booking we have seen a different booking and actual hotel is different its just like shopping on a e-commerce image of the product is amazing but when it come out its different the thing i dont like that is room washroom is too small and congested in one 3 wash basin, commode and wash area. Cleanliness in the room and bed is not that much average we noticed hairs and middy on the blanket and pillows.

familyOur stay at this hotel was nice. They arranged dinner on my request as the train was late. Room was very clean with basic amenities. However, location of hotel is poor. Coffee/kettle is not available in the room. Advise (not related to hotel: do not go for jeep safari if have you medical problem. Its an adventure sport. Safari organisers will try to make you pay for it without telling its risk. Be aware. You may just visit camel point for sunset/camel ride.
