Our stay at Welcome Heritage Parv Vilas property in Kasauli was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — the staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Pool is very small, my room AC does not work and rooms are at road facing. If you request water or any Think they take very long time or you have to call them again and again. My room was next to the cleaning room so they are non stop making sound or closing the door very hard. Only restaurant is good and very good Mountain View's.

My Trip at Parv Vilas was not upto the expectations. Food quality was inferior. The food we ordered in our room was too oily. One of our TV was not working. Our Wi-Fi was not working. They tried to rectify WiFi problem but of no use. The variety of food in the Buffet is also limited.Overall not satisfied with the ITC Tag.

Room Location & view from rooms are terrible with poor service staff, so food quality for vegetarians & Jain below standard, they do not care for guests as even after nite, the hotel is not even worth the time 8000 per nite all Inclusive, the we want full refund of our money paid, our room no was 602

Terrible service just in short, front desk staff was very unprofessional, even after refusing to provide buffet breakfast, they didn’t even provide proper service at table for al a carte order. Asked multiple times for heating the pool, but no one responded and later said it is like that only it wont be heated. House keeping staff was although good.
