I spent a great time. Food, location and facilities were excellent. This property is worth recommending to others. Room tariff is also adequate. I prefer staying there while visiting the ludhiana.

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful heritage property in Amritsar. The place has such an old-world charm — every corner feels steeped in history and elegance. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive; a special mention to Harminder at the reception, who was so helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The property has a calm, serene vibe — tucked away from the bustle of the city, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. They even arranged a tractor ride to the nearby village, which turned out to be such a unique and memorable experience.

Chose Welcome Heritage for the first time. Ranjit Vivas, Amritsar beautifully combines heritage charm with modern comforts. Rooms were spacious and a peaceful atmosphere. Located within 5 minutes from the airport. Staff were courteous and helpful. A great choice for those who want a relaxed heritage stay while visiting Amritsar.

Location for air travellers, staff, medieval looks its simply outstanding and what makes the property home is the staff, very co-operative and forthcoming. Overall great stay..

so many Lizards in the room..even when i wake up..one dead lizard in my water glass....so terrible... maintainance is not there....

I could have taken a Radisson or Park Inn or whatever at the similar price but I'm glad that I stayed here. The place might be located in an alley, but it's beautiful. Every room is delicately decorated, the food and the swimming pool are one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Full marks for their hospitality.

Not a great location to choose ! far from the city- didn’t like it for a solo trip ! may be a great place to stay for family/friends maybe. Staff was courteous

Dirty hotel, no maintenance, staff uncooperative and non- courteous, no value of customer. Don’t even pick phone. They rate themselves 5 star when even it not even 1 star.

Welcomheritage ranjit violas is a beautiful property. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The tractor ride was an amazing experience. Ranjit violas is a great place to stay while exploring the culture and heritage that amritsar has to offer.

I booked this hotel only because i need swimming pool to chill, but after reaching they said it's not working but actually it seems they don't want to fix it but suggested us for some small water tank sized pool to play and the water in it is not clean. Toiletry were provided only once for two nights stay. Breakfast is very limited. I won't go again.

No rooms arrangements, problem of mosquitoes, no music or sound available as mentioned in the summary of the hotel, pool was also not clean.
