Highly recommended! my recent stay at the welcomheritage santa roza in kasauli, booked through makemytrip with the assistance of ms. Ayushi, was an absolute delight. The reception team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, adding to the already stunning beauty of the hill location. The property itself is beautifully constructed, exuding a sense of peace and tranquility. It's a photographer's paradise, with picturesque views at every turn. The reception staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. But what truly sets this WelcomHeritage Santa Roza Kasauli apart is its fantastic play area. From billiards and chess to indoor golf, ludo for the kids, and even swings, there's something for everyone to enjoy and relax. The food quality was exceptional. Chef mr. Praveen kumar deserves special mention for creating delicious meals that tantalized our taste buds. Overall, i highly recommend welcomheritage santa roza for anyone seeking a peaceful escape amid-st breathtaking scenery. The combination of a beautiful property, attentive staff, and a fun play area makes it a perfect destination for a memorable stay. Makemytrip's assistance, particularly ms. Ayushi's support, made the booking process seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

This place is must to visit for short weekend getaways from delhi ncr. The staff were polite & courteous and promptly responded to our requests. The food taste great, specially the south indian dishes & all the spread was worth a try. Basic rooms are decent (furnishing can be improved by adding wall panels or louvers. If you can pay extra then go for cottages with lawn. To sum up our stay was amazing. Thanks, to wh team.

It was surely a good property and like everyone wrote that the approaching road is surely small and broken. The food in general including the buffet was average. But the property in itself was a good place to unwind and enjoy the serene beauty of the place.

Undoubtedly the best WelcomHeritage Santa Roza Kasauli in entire kasauli. They have different category rooms starting from deluxe till suite. We were upgraded from deluxe room to a cottage and we can’t thank the staff enough. Had the best vacation there

It's nice and quite place to stay in. Very peaceful. Some part of it was still under construction but overall i would say if you want to spend best quality time with your partner, family or friends must try this location.

Location, food, hygienic, clean all good swimming pool is indoor require cleaning as tiles are slippery

Not good not bad bad part is when you entered property it’s stinking (gutter smell)and even in room washroom its intolerable good part-room is spacious and food is delicious
