We had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. The rooms were nice clean cozy and spot on, however the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad services were not upto the mark every request had to asked for multiple times. Had to call several times for simple request but still some of them were not completed eg pool towels, drinking water, wash basin cleaning. Breakfast spread was very good and was tasty but it was same for both the days with very few changes in the variety. We had reached the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad very early 7am and we got and early check-innit was chargeable but a good gesture from the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad staff. Overall the stay was good with mediocre services as expectations very high with itc brand

I recently stayed at this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad during a business visit to ahmedabad, and i was very impressed. The rooms are excellent and offer a refreshing change from the conventional Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad design, making my stay more enjoyable. The buffet spread was very nice, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the gym facilities are top-notch, providing a great space for workouts. Overall, a fantastic experience, and i would highly recommend this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad for both business and leisure travelers.

Feedback: 1. Location: conveniently situated. 2. Room: spacious and well-appointed, with good views on upper floors. 3. Cleanliness: impeccably clean rooms and common areas. 4. Service: courteous and attentive staff, ready to assist with any requests. How ever, room service could have been little faster. 5. Facilities: enjoyed the pool on terrace. 6. Dining: varied and delicious breakfast options. 7. Value: reasonably priced for the quality of accommodation and services offered. 8. Overall experience: a highly satisfying stay, would definitely recommend to others and consider returning in the future.

Thanks for your competitive tariff, the stay was decent and comfortable. Cleanliness and amenities were up to the mark and so was the room interiors and space. Few suggestions: 1) food including breakfast can be improved 2) response time at the time of check-in and check-out needs some attention 3) for 1 person stay, twin bed option is not preferred so one should proactively provide large bed overall the staff was courteous and stay was comfortable. Location is good, food is good along with the other but the behavious of the restaurant staff specially buffet is very poor and rude. During breakfast the behaviour of one employee belongs to north east was so bad and arrogant upon asking he refused to serve and ask to take yourself which hurt a lot. Being the itc brand this is totally unacceptable and black spot on the reputation of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, rest good

It was a memorable stay. Locale of the property is very good and it is near to major of the tourist spots. The buffet spread or ala carte completely justified itc standards and special thanks to nandita for her hospitality. We booked a club room and the view is one of the best from balcony. Overall it’s quite value for money compared to so many other Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Ashram Road, Ahmedabads in the same vicinity.

Overall experience was perfect, right from checking in to stay to food everything was superb. The team at the reception was so welcoming and efficient. Room very comfortable infact they upgraded me as a special gesture. Highly recommended.

It was a business stay but had a good time there. The room chosen was not allotted but still the room given was quite and comfortable

Property location is centrally located and convenient to move. The food quality was excellent. Some of the items were not hot, however after giving this feedback, the next day thy served hot food.
