It is on a cliff and has the best view of the ocean. Very polite staff, we stayed in a Deluxe room and it was good with just a garden view but if you want the sea view you have to take the higher categories. Breakfast spread was very good at the bay leaf right in front of the ocean and having it with the sea view added the charm and quiet. Highly recommend the place to stay at Port Blair. Only suggestion is to keep the in house dining menu to be more affordable so we need not go out to have food anywhere else thank you

Nice and comfortable stay .. property was clean and very well maintained.. bar and dining room staff was also very cordial… good was of good taste .. bar manager and tender were amazing and served with full warmth… gym can be updated little more … bed in the room also needed to be updated to king size also for comfortable sleep .. overall nice experience and will look up to again visiting this property in future

We stayed in the suite room at ITC Welcome hotel Port blair ,which is the best in terms of size amenities and views so if you can stretch your budget a bit I would recommend to stay in the suite room.Food is not that great and neither is the choices at the breakfast buffet ,food is overtly expensive and tasteless ,so my advice would be to eat outside or order Zomato.

location is really good with bay view of the ocean. Very humble and helpful staff. The rooms do not give ITC vibes and are not to ITC standard. The food is really expensive and not the hype. It's better to eat somewhere out. overall, I was very disappointed with the rooms. But there are not many options in Port Blair

Excellent customer service by all the departments especially FnB. The chef Javed at the restaurant along with his staff Pratima and Sangeeta took special care as per our needs and was very accommodating and proactively took care of little details of what serve you once get to know you after the first day.
