Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bay Island, Port Blair

Stayed here after landing at port blair for 2 days and also while exiting for a day. The view here is to die for. Port blair has a city feel but once you enter this resort you are welcomed with a beautiful view overlooking north bay. Staff at the reception and restaurant are very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast and lunch buffet. Ala carte options are also good. Rooms on the right side (110) are better than left side (411) in terms of size and feel. Best pool with no chlorine smell. Very close to the makruzz jetty and cellular jail. Amaya lounge bar is at walkable distance from this resort which is an added bonus. Excellent stay and would recommend everyone to stay here when in port blair.

Reception + onboarding naman, bobby, renuka - thank you for the smooth on-boarding bala - thank you for looking after me (karan) during my stay. I was unwell and you went out of your way to help me get through. I am grateful more on a personal level. Cooking and waiting staff - thank you so much. I was provided with warm water for my cold, relieving food recommendations for my cold, quality food and an ever smiling presence of staff on the floor. You have set a benchmark for us next time we visit a different resort. So, many more little things that made a world of a difference during our stay. For other guests, ask nicely and they will pull out all the stops to make you happy <3

The location and views are breathtaking. Our bedroom window was like a postcard picture. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bay Island, Port Blair is very nice and comfortable but not too luxury. Small things in maintenance and appointments in the room and restaurants are not up to mark maybe because it is more of a resort and not a luxury Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bay Island, Port Blair. The travel desk is unreliable at times, very accommodating and pleasant but not entirely punctual. The staff is soooo helpful, courteous, warm and willing to please that it overcomes any small infractions. All in all we would love to come back here on our next visit to port blair.

It was a lovely two night stay at ITC welcome bay at Port Blair. Excellent hospitality, delicious food, courteous staff along with a beautiful sea view definitely makes this property the best one to stay in Port Blair. The spa experience was wonderful . Special mention of the travel desk personnel Ms Geeta who is very helpful, patient and provides all guidance to make the most of your Andaman holiday. The restaurant team including Pratima and Suresh are comitted to provide enjoyable and scrumptious meals. The whole team as led by GM Mr Anuj Khanna is dedicated to make your stay the most comfortable , enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much. Best wishes.

Overall good stay, food is amazing, staff behavior is good and location is awesome, but compared to other itc Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bay Island, Port Blairs, this property lagging behind. Rooms are very small, bed is queen size, good for only 2 person. Not enough room for extra bed, after putting extra bed, no space left to move in the room. Also not all the places are properly maintained, while most of the places are well maintained, but few places need improvement, considering this as a 5 star Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bay Island, Port Blair as per makemytrip expectations is much higher.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful amenities and location, along with the delicious food, during my wonderful staycation. I must commend the staff for their remarkable and memorable service. Special thanks to miss pranjali kund for her professionalism, humility, and exceptional courtesy towards customer needs. Her smile and charming demeanor have a remarkable ability to uplift even the grumpiest of individuals. She truly went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic staycation experience. I look forward to visiting again and experiencing her hospitality once more.

The property enjoys prime location with views of the sea and offers awesome sunrise view from the dinning area. Comfortable rooms, we got an upgrade at the checking desk and got a sea view room. Rooms are spacious, have modern day facilities, kept clean and sanatized. The best part being the breakfast, it had ample options for both veg and non veg form display and live orders. The staff is very helpful and helps arranging for requests (pick up and drop / activa) to make the experience comfortable. All in all a good place to be.

We stayed for a day during our stop over at port blair. Location of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bay Island, Port Blair is excellent with great views. Check in could have been smoother though i must appreciate the staff - very polite and courteous. Giving here 4 stars instead of 5 as i believe buffet menu for dinner can be improved. Beautiful property, very close to city centre and all the tourist spots. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting port blair. The indian food is amazing here.

It was awesome staying at the property with cleanliness… fabulous food… great location… courteous staff.

Location top notch, food quality is good but during dinner understaffed. Good hygiene and safety standards maintained. Excellent view of the bay. Stairs leading to the bay not at all maintained.

Property is really good. Food was delicious. Staff was very nice. The only thing i regret is, pool was not working.

Property location was best and it is also near the airport. I will say their food was not that good so don’t go for in room dining. Bar services were excellent. Staff including receptionist and other staffs are very kind and cooperative.

Property is awesome…sea view rooms are really good…its neat and clean property….food is delicious…there service is very good…

Chef Gaurav Sherawat is exceptionally gifted. He is not only an extraordinary chef but is also extremely courteous to cater to your plate.

Views from the property were excellent. Only property during my stay at andaman where i got good breakfast both quality and variety were good. Nice bar to spend the evening. Courteous and friendly staff. Room size, view from the room and cleanliness were good. Prompt room service. Overall enjoyed my stay at itc

The entire team of itc is really amazing even at the restaurant, and special thanks to Mr Robin he had personally looked in our check in and there was a small ac issue he got the room change and we had our booking again after 3 days back to port Blar he had kept the room ready and very easy check in. ITC u have a great staff at your Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bay Island, Port Blair 👍👌

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay

Our short stay at itc was a wonderful experience. The property's location is lovely and the staff were also very courteous. Check-in was smooth. Very well maintained swimming pool. We couldn't have breakfast since we had an early ferry. But the packed breakfast was very yummy. I would definitely like to come back and stay again.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location of this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bay Island, Port Blair is beyond beautiful. Staff members are very helpful. Great. Always at your service. Food was amazing. Spa was amazing. Swimming pool was amazing. Loved it. Highly recommend
