Had a wonderful stay at ITC Belagavi with my family. They even supported me to prepone the check-in date and upgraded the room with minimal difference charges only. The room ambience was nice and clean with mountain side windmill balcony view. The dinner buffet and breakfast was awesome and the charges to applied on the stay are worth. The staff service was awesome. Really had a memorable stay. Thank you.

The property is located towards the outskirts of the city but very close to highway - excellent for transit road travellers travelling to Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore. It’s a premium property with big comfortable rooms with balcony - nice Mountain View’s. The food is good and lot of options on the menu.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful visit, finding the accommodations to be quite comfortable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet provided a delightful start to each day with a wide variety of options. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind. Overall, we highly recommend this establishment for a pleasant getaway.

It was an average stay. The property needs more staff and a ramped up training program for the existing one. Food was below average. It was too oily and salty. We had to ask for a replacement which came after a long time and that was salty as well. The breakfast was a total chaos with backed up orders. My kids pancake took close to an hour to be served. The waiting staff did not want to be bothered and were too busy chatting amongst themselves. So nothing really to recommend except for its location on the highway.

Had a wonderful stay at Welcome Hotel ITC. The ambience is elegant, rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the overall hospitality truly stood out. A special mention to Kesar and Nayab at the reception — they were incredibly warm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. ITC welcome hotel is conveniently located just a few mts away from highway. The rooms were spacious and well serviced. The dinner was tasty. Breakfast has a good spread and sumptuous . Swimming pool, kids play area and Gym are well maintained. Service at both front desk and cafeteria was good. Want to appreciate Suhail(front office) and Nelson (cafeteria) for the service and help.

I loved the location and views from the room. Ver nice room and amenities. The restaurant service however was pathetic. The restaurant manager Faizabad was a little ray of competence in an otherwise incompetent set of people. Packed breakfast was nice, so was the food quality.

Room was neat and clean property location is good, first day I ordered fish n chips it was average, night buffet was average next day morning breakfast was good on the same day i ordered biriyani it was too oily 2nd day morning breakfast was average n restaurant staff r lazy we should tell staff for 3 to 4 times to bring the order n they forget what we have ordered I was very upset with staff behavior
