Stayed at Welcome Hotel and found all services, whichever we have used, better than expected. Specially, I would like to add that Mr. Manoj - Chef, even organized desired food for our Friday fast, which I never even thought that ITC is taking care of Satvik food. Really, the stay shall stay memorable.

excellent service. The entire team went out of the way to help us trace the taxi when we left our mobiles in a taxi and had no way to get to the number to call the driver since our phones were in the taxi. outstanding team work

Accommodation was excellent, super hygienic and totally cleaned. Staff are very much cooperative and kids friendly environment. Food was superb like home taste

Location is good, dinner had less variety for vegetarian, breakfast was better. Service is also good.

Food: Very good though a bit expensive. Services can be improved a bit more. Location pretty central. Clean and hygienic rooms and also spacious and well equipped. Staff nice , polite and courteous. Spa and Sauna very good. Overall pretty good place to stay.

When we book hotel mmt shows discount price for 12 nov check in and 13 nov check out. After booking we got same days check in and same day checkout booking details. When we connect customer care none of any executive response

One of the best hospitality i ever received in any hotel i have stayed ever. From reception to restaurant to Gaurd, they were amazing. I forgot the name of person in restaurant who served us during dinner buffet, but he was just too good, doorman ,Sanjay was excellent as well. Would recommend anyone looking for stay in Bhubaneswar, go for this hotel

It has actually been the most amazing stay and to be honest, we had a very smooth travel. There was everything, the food was amazing exquisite and the stay was comfortable. Staff was very hospitable and very friendly. We even celebrated my birthday over there, and I literally enjoyed a lot. Everything was on point and in check, thank you so much.

The ambience of the Hotel is very good and the people working on front desk are well-behaved. They know their work very well and the kitchen staff is also very good in their work.
