It made exploring the city very convenient." Food: The dining options at the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bhubaneswar "a bit disappointing. While the breakfast offered a range of choices, the quality was average. The on-site restaurant had limited menu options and was somewhat pricey for what was served." Amenities: The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bhubaneswar’s amenities were generally good. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was clean and inviting. However, the spa services were not up to the mark and could use improvement." Services: In terms of service, the staff were friendly and helpful, though there were some delays with room service and housekeeping. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city on main road. Property is relatively smaller than other itc ones in the country though it's well laid out and the upkeep is also nice. The rooms are very good, well equipped with modern decoratives. On the other hand, the walls are a less sound proof, you may still hear the sounds of your neighbours if they are little noisy. The aisles/passages could have been broader. Breakfast spread, quality and taste is average compared to other properties of brand itc. Dinner buffet looked more inclined towards non-vegetarian food. Say 1/3 of buffet main course variety was veg. Live singing @ restaurant is great, adds to the overall experience. Hotel and restaurant staff is very polite with a smile and greet tradition. Welcome Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bhubaneswar itc is located abutting kolkata chennai national highway. Closer to airport. Excellent frontage well maintained party lawns security checks at entrance welcome drink easy checkin formality tasty buffet breakfast with lavish varieties are some of the highlights coming to my mind. Courteous and helpful staff -be it reception in-room dining. I must definitely mention about the travel desk. Prompt service and the chauffeur assigned to us is very efficient in driving to various locations polite and also donned the role of guide too. Full marks to the travel desk. Our stay from 6th to 10th aug was very very pleasant and satisfying. All the best to welcome itc Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bhubaneswar.

Location is near aiims on the highway. Premises is huge with lots of greenery and ample parking space. Superior room is spacious and well furnished. Lighting is adequate. City view from room is good. Bathroom is well equipped. Bathtub and shower deserve special mention. Food is average. Breakfast buffet menu was almost same for three consecutive days. Dining areas are too small and cramped. Food options are limited. Swimming pool is unattractive. Staff are very rigid. Management should realise that this is a Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bhubaneswar and not a hostel.

This was one of my solo trips combined with attending a conference at kiit. Local and puri site seeing was in my plan. Thanks to the excellent travel management team everything panned out great. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bhubaneswar personnel were very courteous and helpful and there was hassle free check in check out and other formalities. In room dining and the two restaurants offered lip-smacking delicacies with the perfect ambience. Overall had a wonderful experience at bhubaneswar. Hoping to come back again with family and friends soon.

Needless to mention that we like to stay in your Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Bhubaneswar.. good spacious lobby, courteous staff, good room. Good travel desk and drivers. Even the gateman at the entry and the security staff are smiling and helpful.

Location is excellent. But food was below average. Pool not visible. Amenities missing. Room was great and large.
