Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ITC Welcome Chennai for five days, and it was an exceptional experience. Room: The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything spotless and well-stocked. Food: The dining experience was a highlight. Chef Veeky's mutton rogan josh was a culinary delight. The variety and quality of food, from the breakfast buffet to in-house meals, were impressive, with chefs accommodating dietary preferences. The selection of halwas, kheer, and bakery items was extensive and delicious, adding a sweet touch to each meal. Hospitality: The hospitality was top-notch. From check-in to check-out, the staff were welcoming and courteous. Special thanks to Keith, Shankar, and Sudip in Marina Café for their attentive service, which greatly enhanced my dining experience. Overall, my stay at ITC Welcome Chennai was perfect. I highly recommend this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai to anyone visiting Chennai, whether for business or leisure. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I loved my stay the welcome Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai for a couple of nights with my family. I was there for my visa interview and this happened to be a good choice of stay for being in close proximity of the us consulate. It was a comfortable stay for us and our kid. The rooms have good views and ample space for a kid to play along with space for you to work on a desk. Everything was just perfect. One thing i would like to inform to the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai staff is to improve their room service as i had to call them multiple time for a single issue everyday. This can be looked into and make the stay extraordinary. Thank you team!

This was my first time stay at ITC. I must mention the reception staff are very warm and welcoming. We had our family function scheduled at ITC for next day and I had to request for 2hrs late check-out and Ms. Brinda was very kind enough to understand and accommodated our request without any sort of issues. The breakfast spread was great and their filter coffee was amazing! The managers, staff at the cafe during breakfast were really good. The only small drawback we faced was we cudnt get any higher floor accommodation, we will try our luck next time though Thankyou team!

Everything about the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai was exceptional. It was clean and stylish with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I loved the stay here at welcome itc. The food buffet is good with varieties, there is a chinese restaurant and good polite staff. The service staff has been polite and friendly too. Overall i would say it’s a great stay. Location is great. Easy accessible to important locations like railway stations, visa offices etc. Spacious rooms are sound proof and peaceful silent and all facilities are available with snacks and tea coffee inside the room too. Cleanliness on point.

I stayed with my friend from 090324 to 10. 3. 24 ie one day. It was a pleasant experience front office to room service, food catering etc, cleanliness of rest room and all officials. They have taken maximum care and hospitality was very good. Of course some clutches regarding room service while supplying coffee and tea with less hot. The stay was great & comfortable. Brinda & manish were excellent in providing services going above & beyond. I will surely recommend this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai for any one going for us consulate as it is very near to the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai. Rooms are clean & service is great. Only thing which i found is the staff doesnt smile when they see the guest. Also they dont take marriott number.

Good experience at welcome Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai, i've stayed here in the past prior to renovation, i just felt the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennai has left behind its old world charm for the modern outlook. Having said that the staff are exceptionally friendly and really good service. Special mention to keith in the restaurant who was always very helpful and the front office ladies.

Excellent rooms with itc antique furniture and ambiance. Buffet is not up to the standards of itc Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Cathedral Road, Chennais. Served cold, warmer not functional.

Right in the middle of the city and very close to marina beach. Good, comfy rooms with a delectable breakfast buffet. Very courteous staff.

I had a very good and comfortable stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Front office checkin and check out process was smooth. Food was excellent. Restaurant staff were good. Overall good experience.
