The hospitality was awesome. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The food in the restaurant was tasty and had a good spread at breakfast. Overall, the stay experience was good.

The property is new and nicely built, although one can easily see some finishing shortcuts even this early. Service is great, particularly the laundry service. Really great staff. But the biggest issue is the location and how difficult it is to go from the hotel to Ambience Mall, or how difficult it is to arrive here from Delhi. The hotel needs to find a way to resolve this asap.

Location is nearby and convenient for the Delhi airport. Rooms are good, and courteous staff

Neat clean property and about 20 mins form T3 and friendly staff . Front desk very helpful and smooth check-in ,even though I arrived very late , always smiling and helpful staff .

Earlier this property was Hotel City Park now it is newly renovated and is WelcomHotel. Location is a bit off between the Delhi-Gurugram highway. Just crossing MCD toll opposite Ambience Mall. Many times cab drivers cancel the ride or are not able to understand the route. Stay was perfect and the breakfast spread was delicious. Staff was very helpful especially Swapnil who was at the front desk. I even enjoyed the spa service which was very relaxing. Although pool was a little small. Otherwise the property was great. Amenities were upto the mark. They even provided us with complimentary 500 gms chocolate cake on my birthday which was sweet. I enjoyed the stay.

Well, at least in terms of reception and providing support. Some of their staff is very good. But if you talk about service, they will take their own time you ask for it will take 15 minutes to come and then the biggest problem is location. You have to take from Gurgaon and the process is that it is very near to the airport. It is very clean Hotel, so that's a very good point about it.

Stay was good, but breakfast could have been much better. We booked for a specific category of room. But upon arrival we were told that its all full. They were kind to upgrade us to better room but the room they suggest was worst. Then they helped us with somewhat a better room

He greeted everyone with a warm smile and ensured all queries were handled efficiently. His calm demeanor and clear communication made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Aashish truly represents excellent front-desk service — keep up the great work!

ITC hotel is always a better option to compare other options. It's a very nice hotel and I am like it, and I recommend all.

WelcomHotel by ITC on Delhi Gurgaon Highway is a newest property by the group, started operations in Jan 2025 . Located opposite Ambience Mall Side on Delhi Gurgaon Highway (just after crossing MCD toll) on the border. My wife and I went there to celebrate our 6-month wedding anniversary. We informed the hotel and they moved heaven and earth to make it a perfect day - Bumping up to suite room with 🛁 bathtub, decoration on the room & bathroom with Tulips flower and rose petals and towel origami. Giving us an early check in. Providing us with a supper yummy chocolate cake 🎂 The politeness of the management team , especially Daffi and madma Kunju A were fabulous. Also zero noise from the expressway. Zero disturbance. The hotel is good with swimming pool, spa, gym, steam room. The breakfast spread was amazing 😍 - Pav bhaji, Poori Bhaji, Live Dosa, Aloo Paratha, Waffles, etc Many more things and the real generous servers - Aniket & Prashant. We went to cyber hub hardly took 12 mins each way Loved the hotel PS - They have an excellent welcome drink - Highway Shikanji PPS - We stayed on Independence Day week they decorated the Dosa chutney in 15 August theme.
