Except for an experience of a lunch at dakshin Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Devee Grand Bay, Visakhapatnam was not at all good, no attention given taken two thalis for ₹ but seems waste of money and time. There the staff should be guided to take care of customer better specially a North East girl who was rude when asking for something pls inform her to change and improve her communication and service gestures. This feedback is only for the improvement and not for taking any action on staff. We spent 2 wonderful days in this great property. We were upgraded to sea view room, thnx to the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Devee Grand Bay, Visakhapatnam manager. The service is very prompt and with smile. Food is very tasty, well presented, thoughtfully prepared, best service. Thnxx to restaurant manager mr agnihotri to provide me non spicy and non oily food. Room, bathroom are very nice with good shower. This property is very close to main tourist attractions such as submarine museum, sea harrier museum, tuplev 124 museum and right on rk beach. Would love to come back here, highly recommended

Hotel was good. But deluxe rooms were little bit small in size ( compared to other same type of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Devee Grand Bay, Visakhapatnam. Staffs behavior was quite good, but food option were limited. To some what it was felt like Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Devee Grand Bay, Visakhapatnam was running in very low man power. Our check in time was 2 pm, we reached around 2:20. But have to wait around 45 min before some one attendance for full procedure. Rating _ overall satisfied but there are some scope of improvement.

Starting from security, reception, house keeping staff, rooms service staff, restaurant staff every one shows their utmost respect to the guest and took lot of care. Rooms are look like renovated and are really good and neat and clean. Food is awesome and we get everything from vegetarian to non veg all varieties and the sea food is really good
