The room I was in had a constant smell of poop not sure if it was from the carpet or AC duct but the smell was not in the washroom. It was reported to the manager as well. The wifi was not working so they mentioned they will check with their IT and get back but never did. Food was good. It's an expensive stay but not the best unfortunately.

The location, the hospitality, and the food was very good. However there were 2 problems. First is that the room lacked a fan, even with the centralized AC, it's a big miss, especially for us Indians. And the second problem was with the temperature of the shower, it kept on fluctuating between hot & cold and the temperature was never constant.

This is something we used to go frequently before... After a long time going here again.. Now the rooms seem to be small, washrooms ...small and also pool also small.. it could be that they have not kept up with latest facilities provided by other premier hotels... especially for the price they are charging... But overall a decent experience with nice deck to sit and enjoy the view

It was a great experience. The stay offered excellent value for money, and the location was also commendable, contributing to an overall satisfactory room service. However, I must mention that the TV quality did not meet the expectations typically associated with a five-star accommodation. I would suggest upgrading it to a Smart TV for an enhanced viewing experience. Thank you.

Expectations not met

Standard of ITC was not maintained. At the morning buffet spread was nice but the staff were quite rushed as they were either overworked or understaffed. Room was well maintained but we couldn’t believe we found certain stain marks on bedsheets. Overall the stay was a sweet and a pleasant one but ITC being ITC we expected it to perfect or atleast matching the standards of our previous stay certain time back.

The stay was comfortable, we tried the in house Chinese restaurant, the food was good. Services was also good. However the hotels housekeeping could be better as it lot of time for them to respond and their was a certain cigarette smell in room which even after being informed was not resolved. Great food and location, but restaurant cleanliness a concern.

The food at the hotel was very good and tasty, and we really enjoyed the variety. However, cleanliness was an issue. In the Ocean restaurant, whenever tables were wiped, the dirty waste was just thrown on the floor and not cleaned properly. Many times we found plates that were not clean and had to be replaced. On the positive side, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is also excellent, just about 200 meters from RK Beach, which makes it very convenient.
