Chef prakash your were amazing in person, down to earth. Thank you for taking care of each and every minute of my stay from check in to check out. Food were amazing spread special i love the mutton biryani which was so tender and delicious, and the fruit jalebi, dal makhani is must try ! my son enjoy the breakfast cheese mushroom spinach omlette he said to me dad it's yummy! conver my thanks to entire culinary team for organising my stay perfectly! from the fruit basket, cake and pastry. This birthday of my son will be best birthday! specially thanks to chef srinivas for looking of us during dinner time! from ops team. Every staff member at restaurant and Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur is welcoming and pleasant. Shanmukh service was exceptional at dinner and breakfast, he took special care of my wife vegan dietary requirements to the detail. Deepak from room service team was helpful with information regarding toiletries products and taken care of our requirements. Falguni and tarun at the reception desk at check in and checkout are courteous and helpful with future booking. Nice conversation with chef devlin about his world traveling. Men's showers area could have been cleaned and maintained better on 10th floor gym and spa. The room tiles area could have been a bit more cleaner. Looking forward staying when pool is opened this weekend. Glad to have an itc Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur in guntur for holiday.

Our stay was comfortable and highly satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast buffet had umpteen number of items and we loved it. The staff are very hospitable and service is true five stars. The deluxe/superior room is good enough for a family of 3 adults. We booked for three adults and they arranged an extra bed which was the same mattress used for the main bed and was comfortable. My brother is physically challenged with special needs and the dining staff and housekeeping staff catered to him with high standards of service. All the staff were amicable and notably enough, bishal and hemanth from housekeeping and satish, rajesh and chaitali from the welcomcafe were appreciable. We look forward to many more future stays at this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur in the future. Thanks to all the staff

The entire stay at itc guntur was very good, enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were very attentive, polite and sincere in all that they did. When we come back to guntur this would definitely be a place that we would stay at again. I stayed at the itc Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur two days ago and had a wonderful experience. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur was exceptional, with well-maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was just as expected, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would like to give special recognition to k. Anil kumar gaaru, who was incredibly polite and attentive. He handled everything with great care and ensured that my needs were met throughout my stay. His dedication truly enhanced my experience. Overall, i highly recommend itc for comfortable stay

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur. Everything about the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was a good and decent stay. This was my 5th time at this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur but the experience was a bit less in comparison to the previous stays. The check in was smooth and warm. The room we checked in was neat n clean but the turn off was the sewage smell emitting out from the bathroom. The biggest turn off was the In Room Dining experience this time neither the food was upto the mark nor the IRD served us the complete items mentioned in the menu . This was not a 5 star experience.

Stay was nice with good food and ambience and faculty was soo nice. Amenitues are awesome. Food was soo good. Peanut masala needs to be improved a little bit.

Good place to stay and good options. Comfortable place and good service. Timings of check-in was a bit odd though - at 3 pm.

Everything good, hospitality next level, food little bit low spicy for me because i'm a south indian, basically that food prepared for north indians like low spicy food people. Otherwise everything excellent

Interior of the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur is very neat and spacious. However no body attends the room service phone. Always had to go through reception.

It was an excellent stay with a nice ambience and helpful staff. We actually planned for a day but extended for another day.

The stay was great. My family loved it. The only issue was the internet in the tv was not working. The in-house team was taking a lot of time to fix it. Eventually we did not use the tv as we stayed for a day. Otherwise everything else was. Superb. Kudos to the staff for taking care of everything meticulously.
