Pathetic property. I tried to pay at check in which they denied so I paid through mmt. I am an itc club member. Went for dinner and asked them to post bill to my room. Was staying for two nights. They literally forced me to pay them and there. I was not carrying my card for dinner and they made me go up and get the payment done. On top of that they have the most arrogant front desk manager who says go and complaint to anyone I don’t care. Never stay here , worst property. Many customers face this issue. Even if you drink a tea they will make you pay immediately. Two star hotels are better than them

the hotel was located in a good spacious area, and it has a very grand look to it. rooms are very rich with cultural paintings and art. amenities are what's to be expected, there was an iron box inside the closet which helped. also the room felt very calm maybe because of soundproof glasses enclosing the entire room.

Our staycation at ITC welcomhotel Guntur was great. Hassle free check in and check out, front desk and other staff are very cordial and their receiving on arrival at hotel is great. valet parking. Allotted neat and clean luxury room . Neatly maintained swimming pool. Unlimited mouth watering tasty dinner and breakfast, so many dishes enjoyed a lot. Hotel Location was on main road, near to prime shopping centers. Well maintained hotel with luxury hospitality. My childrens and we were enjoyed a lot at ITC welcom guntur. Look forward to visit again.

The stay was very good. I felt very comfortable. Food and service was excellent. Rooms were very clean. The bed linens were well washed and laundered. Recommend this as the best hotel in Gunter

Excellent hotel in Guntur & the front office person was very cooperative though my check in was at 3pm he offered me the room the moment I entered the hotel. Food taste is very good & Overall great experience.
