The property is truly exceptional! The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the hills that make for a serene and memorable stay. The service is top-notch – the staff is warm, , and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Aman at the front desk, who went out of his way to resolve a few issues efficiently. The food quality is commendable; however, there is scope for improvement in terms of variety. Introducing another restaurant, perhaps specializing in Italian or Chinese cuisine, would be a great addition. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable and delightful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature with excellent service.

Had a fantastic stay at the property. The view is just awesome. All the rooms get almost the same mountain view. The room, food and other amenities are just top class. The location is quite far from most of the others 5 star Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Jim Corbetts (Taj, Marriott and others) and resorts but once you reach there, it feels worth it to travel an extra hour. The staff is courteous and is always there to help support you. (Just a suggestion- Take your stay including meals options else ready to pay extra there)

The resort is located at a serene place! Hospitality is amazing! Food is too good. Live music during dinner is a treat to ears! Ample arrangement for kids to enjoy, movie, archery, swimming, badminton and swings! The property is very good and spacious with warm hospitality. It is easily approachable through main road. Staff is courteous and helpful. There are ample facilities to engage kids. Food is awesome in variety and taste! Must visit for a memorable stay!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The property location, the services, the food (spread, quality, taste), the room and facilities were all perfect. to top it off the staff was exemplary - in being courteous, responsive to guest needs, super helpful - I'd like to call out and thank Diwas, Laxmi, Jaya at the coffee shop and Peki, Sabi at the spa for their excellent service and making our stay comfortable and memorable

We loved the place - the overall Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Jim Corbett, staff behaviour, food, views from the Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Jim Corbett and the room, the room, swimming pool, activities, everything. We would have loved if they could have provided a yoga mat in the room and the car cleaning service.

lovely location, great hospitality and comfortable rooms. Especially Mr Vikram and Ms. Ekta at the desk were very kind to arrange for our child's medicine from the city. Mr Bharat, Shubham and Lalit made sure our stay was peaceful. all the staff are super amazing at the restaurant as well.
