Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur

Spread over 14 acres (approx 92 rooms as of now, with a new wing coming up, the property is located slightly outside the main city and is close to the airport, so it is great for folks looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. All the main attractions like mehrangarh fort, umaid bhawan palace etc are within 20 minutes drive. At check-in, we were attended to promptly and it was a smooth process. We were introduced to the property (restaurants, pool etc) while being shown to our room. The room was already prepared and ready when we checked-in at 2 pm. What we loved was that it is not a vertical construction, but more of a horizontal one, with only a couple of floors; and has ample open and garden spaces which are maintained well. The pool is of a decent size and maintained well-only wish that given heat of jodhpur, there could have been some shade/pool umbrellas provided. For the kids there is an activity room, plus arcade games (on paid basis. Additionally, a pool table and foosball table are available too. There are cycles available to ride around the property which we utilized a few times (however a few of the cycles had flat tyres. Coming to the food, we tried both the restaurants- shola (where kebab & curries festival was on, and chinkara (the all day dining. Breakfast had enough options with regional option too. The food quality, by and large, was good and the service was spot-on. Every evening there is a complimentary set-up for tea/coffee and cookies. The service (incl. Front desk, f&b, housekeeping, room service) was spot-on; and friendly. All in all, a great experience.

It's set in a beautiful, expansive property that's been well maintained and is surprisingly lush for jodhpur. The rooms are spacious and cosy, even the toilets, which you don't see that often. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur staff is just amazing - very courteous and helpful. They always went above and beyond to assist us, making us feel so welcomed. Special shout-out to vikas, nishchal, dharampal, mukul, and akshat from dining, shiv kiran from housekeeping, and all the reception staff. They truly made our stay unforgettable. Food is another highlight at this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur. The meals we had were delicious and varied, offering something for every palate. What i loved the most was the view from our garden-facing room. The green grounds are a sight to behold and a serene oasis, away from the city's hustle and bustle. I wholeheartedly recommend welcomWelcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur for staycations or even if you're passing through jodhpur. It's been a memorable stay for us, and we're definitely looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed in this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur for couple of nights. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur is very spacious & luxurious with big rooms. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They have high tea in the evening for which they inform us if we are in the rooms. During buffet breakfasts and dinners, there are many servers/restaurant incharges who again are very attentive and insist that we stay on our table and order whatever from them which they will get for us. Similar is the case with the house keeping. We requested for few things and changes which were promptly addressed to our satisfaction by the house keeping staff/floor manager mr. Sugan. Only draw-down is the location which is slightly on the outskirts and it becomes a little tricky to go to the city center. Although it is difficult to get ola/uber or autos at the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur but again the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur can provide cabs (inhouse/outsourced) with appropriate notice and at a price comparable to any outside travel agency. Definitely a place to come if someone wants to relax for a few days.

Stayed for 1 night in early oct’23 in deluxe room. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur is situated on the national highway and around 10 km away from city. The approaching road to the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur was under repair and bumpy. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur is built in expansive landscape. When we visited certain construction work was undergoing, however the entire property was nicely maintained. The room offered was spacious and neatly done and fitted with comfortable double bed, flat-screens, sofa, minibars, and tea & coffee making facilities. The washroom was neatly done too and provided with necessary toiletries. The staffs were courteous and responsive. We had breakfast and dinner at their inhouse restaurant called chinkara, the buffet had reasonably good spread. Overall a comfy stay away from the hustle bustle of city crowd.

Had a 3 night stay at welcomeWelcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur by itc jodhpur. The property is located slightly away from the city. It is spread in around 14 acres. It has lunch green lawns complemented by landscaping and bougainvillea hedge with multi co-loured flowers. It has ground plus two stories with different categories rooms and villas. We stayed in jodhpur chambers which was on the top floor with swimming pool view. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities and a large washroom with separate shower area and a bath tub. The staff is courteous and the services are prompt. The property is very well maintained with lots of places to click pics. Hotel serves evening complimentary tea. F & b services are good with great hospitality. Overall an amazing experience.

We had a short and sweet stay at the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur. Since we had an early morning flight, we were allowed to check-in early, which was much appreciated as the check-in time is pretty late. The food in the multi-cuisine restaurant on day 1 wasn’t very good. However, we were quite pleased with the food the next day as we spoke to the chef before ordering the meals to set the expectations. Liked the lush lawn and the outdoor seating. Rooms were nice too. Only problem you might face is while commuting to the main city, which is a bit far. If you have your own car or hire a cab in advance, it will be convenient. Uber/ola don’t operate well in jodhpur as they try to milk extra money from tourists.

We stayed for 3 days from 20 th july and it was wonderful l and relaxing the rooms were convenient, spacious, food was delicious and the staff were very supportive and professional. Even the small shop had also the stuff, we wanted to buy and we bought them. This is the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur tostay for leisure travellers with all. Facilities including swimming pool, gym and spa facilities. I was fully satisfied with the decision made by us to select this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur and we were not disappointed. The only thing to complain is that this is away from the city. Overall i will give. 4. 9/5. 0

Would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to mr. Jitendra for his exceptional hospitality, which made our stay truly comfortable. Additionally, i want to extend my appreciation to mr. Tanwar singh, our outstanding chauffeur. Last but certainly not least, it's worth mentioning that the entire staff, both in terms of service and front office, displayed remarkable cordiality, and their hospitality was exceptional. I wholeheartedly intend to recommend this experience to my friends and family. I'm eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to visit again soon. )

Overall it was good but prefer going on weekends as they lack staff on weekdays else it has good ambience and good supportive staff

We had a wonderful stay. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur reflects rajasthan in its ambiance. The staff were very helpful. We loved their new restaurant sholla. Food was fabulous, the decor was great.

Location is in the outskirts of Jodhpur some 15 km from city centre. Food is good but quite expensive. they should increase range of amenities like including some more outdoor and indoor games etc. for recreation. one thing I want to complain is that they didn't provide extra bed in room while we booked it in advance and paid for that. only mattresses on floor was provided.

Nice property with delicious food and very polite staff. Our parents celebrated their anniversary. Cake n decoration given as complementary. Being an old age their Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Jodhpur members were continuously with them. They also arranged jain food. Special thanks to mr. Sachin n richpalji.
