A very good property to stay for those coming on a pilgrimage to vaishno devi temple. Actually, before climbing up to the temple one can have a darshan of the the trikuti hills and the route going to the temple. The other side of the rooms will give you quite disappointing view of the dirty drainage and the city. The Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Katra management must create a green patch to cover the ugly look. Unfortunately, our both rooms had the dirty view. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with proper linen and toiletries. Although the Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Katra doesn't provide any plastic mineral waters, i support their green initiative by providing glass ro water bottles. Breakfast the buffet breakfast sumptuous with enough variety to enjoy. The staff and chef are polite and ready to serve dishes on demand. The air conditioning is a problem. The Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Katra must provide air-conditioning and heating options to their guests. Heating or air-conditioning must not be forced. The Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Katra taxi services are reasonably priced. Drivers are very well behaved. A special shout for komal at the reception. Quiet, polite and helpful. Concierge services are also good.

Room- comfortable, clean, scope to get good sunlight worked for my stay in winters. Location- around 1. 3 kms from main market but worked for us as we love walking although the approach road to the market ain't ideal to walk. Big open drain on one side and it's a slope so speeding traffic need to be cautious while walking. Food- we dint eat anything so cannot comment but tea was submitted par. I specifically asked for ginger tea but the tea surprisingly had no taste. It was hot so we gulped it down. You look for a comfortable sleep post vaishno mata darshan, which the room offered so overall a good experience

We had a very comfortable two nights stay at itc katra. We got a warm welcome and check in was comfortable. We got upgraded to deluxe room though our booking was standard room. And the staff was very warm and cordial. The breakfast buffet both the days was tasty. The spa facilities are also very good. We had a nice spa and kajal did a good job. Overall an excellent stay. We loved the valley view from the Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Katra. Thanks.

Stayed at welcom itc katra for two days n the whole staff was very awesome. Food was also yummy. But in washroom there was one large towel although we were two members and liquid handwash was not there room service was good n the front desk staff and pentry staff was very nice but no staff was there for my car cleaning rest all fine. We came to know about itc from one of my friend and located property via google.

We recently had pleasure of staying at Welcome by itc Katra and it was an unforgettable experience.From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.The luxurious rooms , scumptious food and exceptional services made our stay really memorable .Looking forward to visit Welcome itc Katra ( excellent location).Highly recommended.Jai Mata di 🙏🏻

A wonderful Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Katra. Very polite & welcoming front desk. Super fast check in. Specious & clean rooms. Wonderful food. Excellent In room dining experience. Fresh & hot food served within 15 mins. Breakfast spread is also bery good. A big shout out to the chef & his team. Restaurant staffs are superb attentive. Overall a great experience. 🙌🏼👏👏👍

Great Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Katra, good food however the highlight is the services provided by staff, members like ranjeet and gurmeet to name a few were just brilliant and made an amazing experience for me. Hotel must work on room key sensors which doesn’t work properly at times. Overall it’s the ambiance and staff that made it a great experience.

Fantastic property, view of the mata vaishnodevi shrine, the restaurant staff was very helpful n informative. Took services at the spa, kajal who took my session was excellent and a gem of a person, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.
