Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Kences Palm Beach

the property as such was excellently maintained but that is till where one can really appreciate it... since the very reason one goes to properties such as itc's and to experience world class service and customer delight. and this, unfortunately, was wholesomely degraded than what the standards generally are.. 1) greater than 15 min. wait time on arrival to get an electric buggy / cart to take us and the luggage to our villa... 2) garden mowing using loud grass cutters right infront of the villa, and the staff continued creating the loud ruckus even after me having called the reception thrice in a span of 20 min. and being assured every time that it would be stopped. the reception should know which villas are still occupied with the guests before undertaking this maintenance and even if not, they should be prompt to stop it once informed. 3) i was not keeping well and it was so very obvious owing to the reason that my voice almost lost to cold and cough and that i was coughing consistently. yet no one showed a gesture to enquire about my health or that if i needed any assistance from a doctor or any medicines 5) the sea-shore speciality restaurant has staff which requires to be retained to understand and follow instructions, notwithstanding the fact that soup comes before the entrées and that the entrées are followed by the main course, until requested otherwise 6) owing to all the aforementioned when i requested that the service charge be waived off from our final bill, it took the team more than 25 min. to get me updated bill, even though the reception was largely free...

The resort is at an excellent location, full of green and fresh positive vibes. The beach was very clean and lovely. We opted for beach villa, which was slightly small, given the price we paid. The food service at the beach restaurant was very slow. Took them more than half n hour just to provide little rice for my baby, the staff was not bothering much. It was only after i got angry that they scuffled and brought. Even the pizza we ordered, they were not much interested in taking up the order and wanted us to cancel the order stating it would take them a lot of time to prepare. The breakfast service was very good, great food. They even provided us with a baby cot on request, well lined and cushioned for the baby, giving extra thought and care. Baby food was also promptly provided. Over all good experience.

Pros : excellent location, private beach which is well maintained, beach facing swimming pool which gives an awesome view, food variety and taste is also good. Cons : nothing much to do apart from pool n beach. No indoor games facilities. Rooms are neat but not upto mark for a 5 start facility. Bathrooms need maintenance. Restaurant facilities and staffs struggle to manage crowded days. Overall a 5 start Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Kences Palm Beach with 3/4 start facilities. Just the location gives an extra edge over other Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Kences Palm Beachs.

A really relaxing stay for three nights for our family. We had booked three beach villas and allocated adjacent villas very close to the beach. I found it really relaxing to just sit on the villa balcony area and watch the waves of the sea in the evening. The pool was also good and my 5 year old daughter enjoyed it a lot. The food in the main cafe was good. The one improvement area i can suggest is service time: be it food or asking for the buggy for senior citizens. Sometimes it needed multiple reminders.

Property is excellent with all amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice pool facing beach. Pool is very clean. Private beach is very clean too. Restaurant facing beach in the evening with snacks . Kids &. Elders friendly environment. Nice breakfast menu and spread. Food taste good. Overall nice stay 👍

Had a good time staying in this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Kences Palm Beach for 2 nights. Its spacious, well-maintained property has beachfront views. Cleanliness and service contributes to the resort's inviting and vibrant atmosphere that makes it more memorable.

We stayed in beach villa and the view and experience was amazing! shreya from the reception was very kind. The head chef mr. Sabuj was very helpful as well. Food at itc Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Kences Palm Beachs have always been good.

Great property, great sea views of the mighty bay of bengal, this being a beachfront property. Good service as well. Overall really nice experience.

Very nice resort. The pool could be better. Good access to beach. The break fast spread was very nice. Service could be slightly better. Dinner ala carte was very nice. Overall good experience.

Great beach facing property. Rooms were nice and the food was good too (average at times. Pool need urgent maintenance and should be looked into. Overall had a good time at this resort.
