Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam

My wife, our baby and i stayed in a deluxe room in sep'23, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Traveling with an infant is tough but the staff at pine n peak were super helpful in everything from arranging for a baby crib to freezing milk bottles ) the property itself is very beautiful and has nice pine tree views from all the rooms. We had a deluxe room which quite spacious for a base category room, it even had a bay window bed overlooking their garden. However the bathrooms in this category of rooms are very small which was our only disappointment during the stay. Everything else was great. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was was quite tasty and had lots of variety including many kashmiri dishes. Among the staff members, we particularly liked shohaib who was at the reception but helped us with everything baby-related. Given the limited 4/5 star Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam options in pahalgam, this is surely the best property to stay in. Just book the superior room or above for better bathrooms )

The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam is at a very amazing location and the view is absolutely great even for the low category rooms. The garden is awesome and the river is easily accessible. The room was good in size, clean and had all required amenities. The decor of the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam is absolutely amazing and gives a beautiful glimpse of the heritage of the region. The service was the highlight and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I would like to recognise iqra and ya-war who provided a great experience during our stay. Both of them were great at their work, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They ensured we had a great and comfortable stay and made a big difference. Kudos to them. Overall a great Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam and a great stay and highly recommended.

Room & infrastructure: excellent - the property is very well built, rooms are very comfortable, common areas are beautiful, the views are stunning. The only challenge, too many monkeys to comfortably enjoy sit-outs staff & hospitality: excellent - we were very well taken care of, the hospitality displayed was a benchmark for us. We've never been taken care of to this extend by the staff at any property. F&b: good - the options & spread was amazing, for every meal, but one of us got food poisoning - ruined a couple days of the 5 days we stayed, not sure if it was the food or something else - but we were attended to very well and taken care of. No alcohol available at the property for purchase, but you will be served if you take yours to the property

Pine and peak scores very high on food quality, cleanliness and location. We had a great stay prices are astronomical as they have to recover losses, so justified. Moreover, the demand is high as international travel has not yet picked up. Tandoor is being served with a bonfire and if you wish to avail of the luxury as i would categorise it you have to pay a steep price. Unjust i would say. Why so? having stayed in multiple Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgams across the country never have i paid for the burning of a few logs on a cold winter night. That is a freebie for the residents who are paying for the food being served. Please rethink your policy decision.

Overall the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam is great and one of the better ones in pahalgam. Positives - nice property and architecture, great decor, amazing staff. Decent sized rooms. Negatives - older Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam without any elevator. Food was a hit and a miss but my daughter did rate their dal makhni one of the best during our entire kashmir trip. All in all the staff is awesome and goes above and beyond. That is what makes the difference.

Hi the experience of booking Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam from mmt was very hustle free, we got the best room in the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam on the top floor and we were informed about the booking from all the means of communication, looking forward to booking future trips from mmt only thanks. Experience at the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam was most memorable, pristine @ peaceful location. Most warm and hospitable staff. I would like to give 10 stars to our captain at the restaurant mr gawhar for attending to our every meal and making it so special. Mr mohammed ashraf was most courteous for all house keeping needs. Gate keeper mr danish always wishing and smiling i would strongly recommend itc pahalgam for a great experience.

I had an amazing stay at pine and peak. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam is located at a very good location in pahalgam and has some amazing views of the river flowing right below an. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast spread was also very good. A good experience overall. Special mention to mr surjeet from security helped us click some amazing pictures.

The rooms are very comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast spread is nice and the food at the restaurant is also good. Overall, i would recommend this property for your visit to pahalgam. This property is about 1 km from the main market.

The rooms, service and the food quality were excellent. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam staff is very courteous and made sure that we had a very comfortable stay. The view of the valley from the room is simply breathtaking. Would recommend it as the best place to stay in pahalgam.

Location, staff, food are awesome. No need to any location to explore, this resort has all views. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Very good location near to pahalgam market. Property is well maintained with nice gardens and sitting place. Only drawback was that food was not that good.

Best property in the area and one of the best in kashmir

Good. Social distancing was not being maintained in the dining hall. In kashmiri there's this peculiar believe that all of them are immune to covid and are not adhering to protocols at all. Specially locals.
