I recently stayed at itc coimbatore, during my trip to isha, and overall, i had a pleasant experience. The amenities and services provided were excellent, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved upon. One notable improvement could be the provision of essential toiletries such as shower caps. Additionally, having only one toothbrush available in the room was somewhat inconvenient. Clear communication about the mini-bar charges beforehand would also be beneficial, as my assumption of it being complimentary led to a misunderstanding. Despite these minor issues, my overall impression of itc coimbatore remains positive. With some enhancements in these areas, it has the potential to offer an even more satisfying stay experience for guests.

The most what i liked about the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore stay was rooms were neat especially the bed covers, pillow covers, washrooms, though the rooms are small would have been little bit bigger rooms, the rooms have provided water bottles with glass bottles instead plastic bottles. I liked about this. Saving environment. The food especially breakfast buffet was nice with soaked almonds, soaked methi seeds, sprouts and south indian dishes are very nice. And dinner buffet had variety of dishes. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore is located in convenient place near to all shops. Overall nice thank you

The stay at welcomWelcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore was very pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable, and the service provided was excellent. The food on the menu was wonderful and extensive and the breakfast spread was really good. The study table in the room was well placed which enabled me to have video calls for work with ease. The staff is very very helpful, right from check in, to in room help, and check out. I would highly recommend this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore.

This Hotel was our first choice for stay in Coimbatore since its a LEED certified property. Right from check-in the courtesies extended to us made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The Room service is prompt. The food menu has limited choices but the preparations way too tasty to make you wanting for more. What was remarkable was the chef personally visiting and gathering feedback on menu and servings from the guests. All in all 10/10 rating for this property.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Post an absolutely magical and intense mahashivaratri celebrations at is-ha yoga centre, we were tired yet happy. Welcome Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore provided the perfect haven to catch up on some much needed sleep. Also, since it's located only 4 mins away from the main coimbatore railway junction, it became the ideal choice - location wise as well. Their in-house laundary service came in very handy and the food was good.

I was travelling with my family on a two day leisure trip. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore is centrally located in city centre, rooms are very well laid out, with all required amenities. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore staff is very cooperative as is expected of a good property. The breakfast spread is good with plenty of options. We had an amazing stay. I look forward to visiting this property in future too.

The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore is lovely and location is just perfect. The racecourse area has a clean and pleasant walking path. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is very courteous, everyone from the reception to the bell boys are super polite. Would like to specifically mention mr. Vivek the mgr at the reception / concierge and ms priya. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Room ambience is posh with perfect interiors. Interior color tone of grey and yellow is pleasant and soothing. Bed cushion is comfortable with medium firm level. Restroom is neat and clean. Request the management to have sufficient stock of bucket and mug as i could not avail it due to demand from other occupants. Food taste is very good and the service is top notch.

Very poor room service, breakfast is not good and service at restaurant is lacking, room is good, reception is good. Location good.

It was a family trip with our infant. The stay was very comfortable and nice. Room, location and all other facilities are great. Only improvement is required in food variety and taste which was average. Also, the service was very slow.

Hotel and rooms were clean, courteous and helpful staff, curtains need to be better to cover glass walls of bathroom, food is good, but not up to mark. Rice, dal and some curries in buffet dinner were not fresh and bland. All other items were good and tasty.

The room was neat and full of quality maintained amenities. The price is a great bargain. The intercom system is a bit complicated though and can be made more user friendly

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
