Positives: • The check-in process was smooth and quick. • The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with shining washrooms. • The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar staff was extremely courteous and well-mannered, which added to the pleasant experience. • I would recommend this property and will definitely consider it for future stays. Areas for Improvement: • Despite being a 5-star property, no high tea was provided. • There was no dedicated play area or indoor amenities for children. • The clubhouse lacked detox water, which is usually expected at such establishments.

WelcomWelcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar by itc is a fabulous resort in amritsar. The location might seem distant and inconvenient but the experience will make up for it. The property is pretty, the rooms are well-appointed, the service and staff are a delight and the food is delicious. Special shoutout to gayatree and pawan from cafe phulkari, rahul from housekeeping and anil (the chef. The service is prompt and welcoming. Absolutely worth it!

Excellent Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar just 10-14 mins away from the airport. Rooms are nice. Breakfast buffet good varieties. Special mention of chef sanjeeb who recommended local amritsari kulcha, was excellent. Staff is too good
