Our experience for one night stay right from the concierge up until checkout was amazing! special thanks to the courteous staff for acknowledging and addressing all our requests/ queries promptly. It's hard to remember all the names but ranjeet from the phulkari restaurant was full of energy and always with a smile, he served us during the dinner and breakfast. Front office staff for checkin (forgot the name) and manish at checkout both of them greeted us with a beautiful smile. Thank you each one of you for making our stay relaxing, after a long and tiring day we had you wonderful service made it all go away!

The stay at itc Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar, amritsar was very comfortable. The staff was very polite, professional and helpful. The location of property is away from city traffic, full of greenery and nature. The inroom dining and buffet t was very delicious (specially amritsari naan. We enjoyed swimming pool and spa facility. The staff is very good and professional. I would recommend to visit the itc Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar to all.

stay was awsum at welcom Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar i booked for one day but i extended for two days more staff was very very friendly n dinner was delicious although i checked in very late after midnight but they served us with dinner ambiance very neat n clean top most Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar of amritsar i must stay my kids were very much comfortable with pool facilities kids room n many more things 🙏i would rate it 10/10

It was simply our best stay till date. Loved the property. So peaceful, beautiful and clean air. Food can't as for anything better. It has everything. The aroma of coffee beans in the lobby is so mesmerizing that u can't bypass it. Fresh, clean, tendered food & well presented. Swimming pool, steam & sona bath, spa, gym & bicycle available too. Free shuttle service available morning and evening for golden temple. Very polite and cooperative staff.

Very comfortable stay, great staff. Well taken care by ranjeet during our breakfast. The rooms were neat, in house bar was reasonably priced.

Room view was very relaxing. Very quite. Staff. Was smiling. Accumulated. Cafeteria and restaurant area was very present.

Nicely kept property. Comfortable rooms and caring staff. The best amritsari kulcha i had was served here for breakfast. Better than kesar ka dhaba and other not so clean popular places.

Property was good. Location a bit out of city but that's what you need for your holidays. Food, i would rate below average and will not recommend. Amenities are there but Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar should work around with guest to make them more aware.

Everything was really very fine. They have best food, washrooms, rooms and the staff is really very co operative.

If you are in Ameitsar for Darbar sahib and want to go at odd hours and do not have your win vehicle avoid this beautiful place.. Hotel is beautiful but far from Harmandir Sahib .. The property is well maintained , and the entrance from main road gives a proper feeling of being in Punjab😍 Breakfast was sumptuous but not so widely spread ...

Excellent stay. Room was cozy & clean, perfect size. Breakfast was excellent & incredibly varied. Hotel team is excellent. Staff members like gaur shankar, atul, riya, ranjeet provided fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Although the location was not so great as the road to the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar was under construction but once you reach at the property you forget about all the chaos, very friendly staff, clean n neat lobby, good size room with all the amenities and good n tasteful food with a good spread of breakfast in the morning. Just what a good Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar needs to be.

By far the best stay at amritsar. Cozy rooms and well equipped. Food was above par my expectations. Chocolate mousse was explicit will be in my remembarance.

Visited first time and enjoyed a lot with group of family with nice breakfast, food quality and service all are good.

Hospitality of the staff and courtesy extended are small details which go a long way. Special request for a midnight anniversary celebrations was arranged for when requested. Excellent food. Overall a very pleasant and happy stay
