Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru

I have always been busy admiring the lush greenery and how natural the landscaping is within the oberoi in bangalore. Of course i have dined at wabi sabzi, the polo club and rim nana before. Today i came to rim name and i got swept off my feet. The ambience is so cozy, beautiful and amid-st green serenity. Got the table right next to the pond. With the background of traditional thai/chinese instrumental music playing, it was beautiful and melodious. I was mesmerised by the ambience yet again and forgot about the food. They serve rice crackers to start. The soup was a spicy tom yum soup which was bursting with flavour. The vegetables in the soup still had the crunch and the occasional kafir lime leaves took the soup’s flavor up a notch. This was followed by the char grilled tofu skewers with home made peanut sauce. A must try if you love tofu. The tofu was aptly charred and gave it a smoky flavor too. The peanut sauce was thick and had some crunch from the peanuts. Ended the dinner with a dessert. Tropical mango with sticky rice pudding and some mango sorbet on top. Can’t ask for a better ending.

The moment we entered the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru, we were warmly greeted by the staff. Priyanka quickly checked us in super fast and gave us a room on the higher level, as requested. The room was nice and comfortable in every way. A special mention about Mr Debashish the person in charge of Housekeeping on our floor. He went out of his way to satisfy all our requests very promptly. The only thing amiss was that there was no hand shower or faucet in the bath area and the Air conditioning was keeping the room too cold for comfort and we had to practically keep shutting it off. Thanks team Welcome for a memorable stay😀😍.

Amazing and relaxing experience staying in welcomWelcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Other facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room etc made the stay extra special. The staff were really professional and were always there to take care of and provide anything you need. Suresh was really friendly & professional. He helped me by setting up the sauna room and was there for anything i required. Special mention to raushan on the main gate who always had a warm & welcoming smile. Overall a comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again. Soon.

We stayed in a double occupancy room with two single beds. The room size was average but pleasant. Sheets n towels were clean. The room lighting was very dim. The tea stuff was inadequate and glasses seem to be used by previous occupants. Reception staff and housekeeping staff were both quite polite and eventually replaced the sachets. The breakfast menu was quite good, especially south indian cuisine. Other meals had limited options. The pool area decor was nice. Overall ok experience for one night stay. But room lighting and tea arrangement made it feel overrated and maybe overpriced.

The hospitality is great, so is the location! clean rooms, clean washrooms. Didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast spread, but the in room dining food is definitely not recommended. It was bland, and the tea was cold with cream floating on top. Another thing i found quite strange, and happened with me for the first time at a Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru, is the quality of the water. I brushed on the first day of my stay and since then i have a terribly sore throat, both for the duration of my stay and after.

The overall stay was nice and convenient. We faced no difficulty while checking in and checking out. From reception only all the instructions were very clear, the swimming pool and other services were also nice. Brakefast was very nice, well organised, the music in the evening was brilliant. There was a problem that the rooms of my friends were on other floors and since in the lift i was only able to go to my floor, it was getting difficult to meet them frequently if we want. This was the only inconvenience.

The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru is very conveniently located in the heart of the happening area of bangalore. The size of the room is good and all the amenities have been provided. The staff was polite and helpful and all the requests were quickly responded to. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and the additional items were immediately provided. Overall a very good experience and i would like to stay here on my next visit also.

My first time in this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru and i was pleasantly surprised by the service offered by the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru. The rooms are big and spacious and the food is truly amazing. Chef rahul rautela's gosh t dum biryani is a must try here. The biryani is cooked to perfection and is super tasty. All in all i would give this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru a 10/10.

Stayed at the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru for 3 days on work plus relaxation. Located centrally close to mg road, i travel-led to all office locations within 30 to 60 mins. Did not face any of the notorious bengaluru traffic jams. Evenings i was able to walk to many of the happening places like brigade road, church street etc. Within 15-20 mins. Service was prompt and the rooms are quite spacious. Overall a great stay

It’s an excellent property. Located right in the heart of city. Excellent food spread and good staff service.

I was happy overall but for their restaurant service. Just for a soup and a dessert it took more than an hour when the restaurant was not even crowded
