The check in process was smooth and the staff was very courteous we requested for extra bedding as we had 2 kids with us. As the bed was not available due to full occupancy, they offered a bedding at no cost. Bedding was also comfortable. At the breakfast, chef (dharmendra) personally came and checked with the kids if they wanted something special and if everything was good and up to the taste. All in all, it was a nice experience and a comfortable stay.

after a long time, i travelled with my family. it was an awesome experience specially for my wife and son … they loved the place and the hospitality. one of the best part was ‘food’ - the quality the taste is something we will cherish for a long time. we were worried about the food and assumed to be ‘spicy’, but my little one (2yrs) enjoyed it without any problem. highly recommended !

Stayed for 3 days. Hospitality by staff is awesome. Food is excellent and menu is awesome for breakfast and dinner. Special dish and soups are awesome. Less spicy and good taste food. Service staff are good. Nice experience for me and family. Thank you very much.

The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru was very tidy with complete cleanliness and very eco-friendly. All the amenities were very well maintained. The availability of all the toiletries was also very hygienic and green to support environment.

This was the second time i stayed at this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru with my family. Service is good now. It was excellent earlier. May be it was because of the peak holiday season. So, i am giving them the benefit of doubt. Thanks.

It was superrrbbb amazing experience. I found it on make my trip and the food they served was delicious, loved the veg soup with noodles, dose, masala idli, chocolate shake and many.

As expected our stay at welcum Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Richmond Road, Bengaluru was really amazing. Staff were so courtesious, food was the best part, very tasty. Room was also very clean and comfortable, nice facilities.

Very neat and clean room with all the basic toiletries..Also I like the location and 40 kv electric car charging station in front of the property. Staffs are really much better than standard
