Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla

Good service, place is quite cosy a nice stay all together. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a mountain Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla, and it was a truly refreshing experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla offered stunning views of the surrounding peaks, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, with rustic decor that blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a highlight; the menu featured locally sourced ingredients and the dishes were delicious. One of the best parts of the stay was the access to outdoor activities. Hiking trails started right outside the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla, and the peaceful environment made for an invigorating experience. Overall, this mountain Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla exceeded my expectations with its combination of comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking scenery. I can't wait to return!

I loved my stay at itc shimla. It’s a good property. Ideal for a family and for kids. They have taken a good initiative by making this a pet friendly property however they are not ready for pets staycation yet. No doubt our pet had a great time however the property needs to build or create a space where the pet parents can bring the pets along with them while having dinner or breakfast. There should be some area (outside) arranged for people bringing pets. As of now it’s more of bring your pets here but leave them in the room. So i think this is one area where some progress could be made. Also the property charges for pet which is absolutely fine, however they should at least provide a bowl, bed and some pet menu. Not everyone carries pet food. We have been to almost all 5 star properties that allows pet. There was a separate menu for them. Pets also deserve good and different food on vacation. Apart from that the service was good, staffs were very well behaved, the food was very tasty. Views are amazing. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options.

ITC Welcome Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla, Mashobra offered us a really good experience. Very good staff, excellent food, room space was sufficient (not huge). Overall very good. One thing you need to mind is the location of the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla is remote and downhill. No market and not walkable up the hill. Cab is must. Otherwise Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla is lovely.

Reaching here is a wonderful adventure but once there, the fabulous crew of the facility takes over and busies itself completely, with solving your tiniest issues. The food is great though a wee bit expensive. The rooms are well appointed and spacious to accommodate a 3rd/4th member quite easily. An evening bonfire would have been quite desirable but evaded us perhaps due to the rainy weather.

Very warm welcome at the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla. Perfect location for a getaway. The rooms were clean. The foul smell in the halls have to be taken care of. The staff was not very quick, but that is understandable due to diwali time. Food was very good, great breakfast. Overall a perfect 1 day vacation in mashobra away from the city noise.

every thing was superb. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous and forthcoming. The Chef spent a long time help us decide on our daily meals and Even presented us an anniversary cake the moment he learnt of our anniversary. Such gestures are much appreciated as they make your experience sweeter and more enjoyable.

The stay was really nice with everything from furniture to bathroom fitting being typically desi look totally going with the comcept of gaon. The staff was extremely friendly completely satisfying our expectations. Only the road leading to resort is bit crumbly, other than that worth it!

Property site is good. Ambience is better. Food quality is best. Staff members are cooperative. Overall good

Property’s view was mesmerising along with the rooms and infra. The route to Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla was beautiful and staff behaviour was top notch and as always itc was bang on with their delicious taste.

The stay was quite good as the resort is located on very peaceful place and amenities and staff behaviour is also very good. The food could be better though

The staff were very polite and humble . Food was so yummy . They have the best gaming setup which we will enjoy the most . My suggestion for every one is if you were planning trip to shimla you must try this Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Shimla they will give you the best facilities.
