The property is situated in the middle of hills with mesmerizing views. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Tavleen, Chail staff was very helpful, polite and nicely behaved. The service was very quick and up to mark. Freshly baked complimentary cake of choice for the birthday celebration was also arranged by the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Tavleen, Chail at the midnight, with timely delivery on short notice. Food was very tasty. Breakfast buffet was having variety with very good sitting arrangement in the open with the hills and nature surrounding making the whole experience very memorable. A must visit is recommended.

Superb location overlooking hills, serene environment, pleasant weather, awesome top end property, various great amenities like children play area, temp controlled pool, outdoor walking trails, places with superb views. Very safe. Good food, generally good staff. Service can be better. Very slow and non inclusive. Staff can smile more. They can care for all their guests and not just a few. After multiple follow ups it took more than three hours to just deliver bath towel to room. Same issue at their cafe.

everything was good apart from early check-in, we were told to wait for 1 hour but took 3 hours to prepare for the room. services are excellent, even they provide us with baby food also for our 10 months old toddler. staff was helping and courteous. location is perfect....and must say food was good... you can have a relaxing time in the lap of nature. they provide quality services and well maintained hygiene standards.

The room was quite big equippedwith all amenities. The views from the balcony were amazing. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Tavleen, Chail has a watchtower on top floor, with 360° views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Nice restaurant with a great buffet breakfast spread. The meditation room was a bit moldy and smelly though and needs some attention from the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Tavleen, Chail staff.

The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Tavleen, Chail has amazing views! even from the rooms. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff are great. The only problem is the restaurant staff, they just dont know how to serve food. They put the food on the table, but no serving spoons. It took them 10 minutes to provide cutlery, while our food was getting cold. But on the bright side, the food was really really good.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with one three year old and lots of luggage. The staff really helped us deciding everything and make special arrangements. The heated pool was the actual cherry on the cake.
